It’s not an easy job. And you’re 100% right. Its a lot different writing for yourself rather than others. Sometimes it’s a lot easier but sometimes it seems like an impossible task. You have to become someone else at times.

But for now, my label still wants me to keep the channel and my career separate. They are just worried about the reputation of their artists and themselves. It’s understandable, but I’ll get some vids and pictures up 🙏

I'll be the minority and just say that while Cyhi is talented, he always tends to follow up great bars with corny or reaching ass bars. He's done it since the GOOD Fridays era. Think about "So Appalled" The May, April and March scheme was fire. But then he follows it up with "I got a 7 on me, I call my dro Lamar. Plus a trojan in my pocket, Matt Leinart" 😒😒😒 In this freestyle he starts off great, but not only does he do a reaching ass bar "I guess that makes me a non-profit" but before that part of the verse he literally word for word stole a Young Jeezy bar "Mossberg pump I'm riding shotgun literally". He knew most people wouldn't know or remember the song he took it from, but it's from the 1st verse of "And Then What" (youngins, youtube it) He's talented and I'm sure he's helped Kanye a lot over the past decade, but he's not better than people in a higher position than him (Griselda for example) or some ppl in a lesser position than him (Nick Grant for example).
