So with the whole letter scheme Em did, he prefaces it with "say something fly or zip up" and then he goes on to say "you said you're gonna do XYZ". Obviously the XYZ means you said you'd do this, this, and this, but XYZ is also a way to tell people that their fly is down. It's and acronym for eXamine Your Zipper. These dudes are different, yo.

When I watch reactions of this I always pay attention to Buddens face when Em raps. It’s part awe, part reverence, part joy, part thoroughly impressed, part envy. He worshipped him then, respected him tremendously. He really did. But true to form, he had to blow it all up cause he’s his own worse enemy. 😢

If you understand all of Em's metaphors, doubles, and the full extent of his wordplay and the OBSCENE amount of multisyllable rhymes, you'd understand it's impossible. Harry Mack is the greatest freestyler to ever live and he cannot come up with an Eminem verse off the top. It's not even close.

He freestyled rap god in the booth; you dont think that if em was feeling himself in a room full of other top tier lyricists he couldnt freestyle this?!?! Your tripping. Em can freestyle just as crazy as Harry Mack its 2 different styles. Harry focuses on flow,cadence and simply making sense. Em FOCUSES on doubles and triples its his whole thing. Em reached a level where simply making sense for him is WAYYYY too easy hence the wild and outlandish bars he always spits. Em is the best RAPPER on the planet; meaning hes one of the best freestylers on the planet as well as writing. We all know Eminem’s pen cant be matched. Everyone in Slaughterhouse were lyrically some of the best of all time. They were heavyweights in hip hop. It’s too bad it went the direction it did. Dropped like an e when you add an ing- an 'E' refers to both a pill of ecstacy and the letter e, in english when you add 'ing' to a word, you drop the 'e' in that word. I.e. shame- shaming. But you also "drop" an ecstacy tablet, dropping refers to the process of swallowing the pill.
