Makes it easier to buy everything you need for the whole job and take everything to the site in 1 trip. 17:55 What makes it faster with a large crane is that for the most part you set it up once and it can stay there and reach the whole site. The small one you have to keep moving around to reach. 27:40 With the large cranes you can extend the cable instead of lowering the whole boom. Should have just bought the multi trailer instead. It can transport everything and a lot of it.
I just moved everything with my excavator on this project. Works quite well as a crane and is pretty nimble without the need of having to fold/unfold to move.
FYI for "stuck" cargo. STORE (you might have to drive to your warehouse) the vehicle / trailer with cargo you cant get off, and it will be sorted by game. All you do then is to go to Warehouse and take the cargo out and carry on.
My opinion is that you're doing fine as you are with the timelapsing, i.e. - doing them for your journeys between areas, but showing us most all the crane work, etc. Judicious use of the time-lapse for the actual work is just fine.
Love all your content! I just wanted to point out that at a contract/mission select screen you can choose how involved the mission is (left side of the screen). I haven't tried the involved mode but it may reduce the auto completes, if that stuff bothers you.
It just gives you more construction steps to complete for each job, so easy would give you for example 3 steps per contract, medium would give you 6 and hard would give you 9
I set a job on hard once and the first task was to level the ground. After running over and over the ground with a bulldozer I couldn't get it to complete over 75 percent. The Skip option allowed me to get by this with reduced payout on that portion of the job though saved my sanity.
Just FYI on realism, the prime mover (aka semi, lorry, tractor unit) and the crane wouldn't park on the dirt. They'd park on the road, back to back. The boom of the crane is long enough to reach where it needs to be placed.
why don't you sell the sand (and any other leftover materials, like cement and gravel) back to a materials dealer? you can get pretty good money for it edit: by materials dealer I mean the place where you normally get your cement, soil, gravel, etc. from.
Oh God. Dag a truck crane is not a lorry crane. It is not intended to be operated like this. You have to raise the arm up optimal is 45 degrees then pull out the crane arm to desired length and then same as in tower crane cable up and down. It might be a game 😁 but I was literally pale when I saw this. If someone saw me doing this in work then I would 100% lose my job, lose my crane operator certificate, recive a hefty fine and if somethig would happen to anyone on site at the time I would face a jail time up to 6 years, so yea I was pale😅
Wish they had all this machinery in Farming simulator and then we could dig holes and everything :D Maybe have some jobs to work on. FS just feels like a better game than this
i have a question when you used the big crane why did you not just lower the cable for the hook instead of the entire crane irl it would use alot more energy i realy enjoy your content keep it up :)
The Hotel job gives you 2.6 Million on High. Just an FYI. Start Selling all left over material , like Soil you move(topsoil etc) or dig up (You can easily make 10-12.000 PR Dumper load if yo use the right one (Doozan)). And everything you Buy you can sell what's left over DO NOT skip on refuel and Repair (like in FS). OR you will newer level up. DO it every time you pass a station! Explore the map already! You are Wasting so much time driving. You had a Materials & Vehicle shop just down the road not discovered.
I’m not sure if you are doing it on purpose for time constraints however I have mentioned the job scope… if job scope is set to high you make a lot more money you currently have it set to default medium
You should reduce the traffic to low as you've crashed into more than a few vehicles. How do I know? I've seen vehicles turn white on my own screen. A whole lot. I am the type of driver that gives Mr Magoo a good name while playing this game.
Hey Dagerwin! I love this series! I'd like to ask you to find a way not to do much night work on this game, because RU-vid makes stuff even darker, so it's really hard to enjoy when it's so hard to see. Thanks!
@@brandonadams7481 I actually have not played the game, so its quite possible that it cant, but my assumption is that if its got walls one should be able to throw gravel or sand in it as well for transport... It might be on my list, maybe for console if it is on there. I have too many PC games atm.
Maybe better to skip the traveling in the video and getting the materials in stead of the timelapses. Atleast less as you show now. That way we could enjoy more jobs in one video :)
