"It reminds me of sly Cooper in a way". This game was made by the sly Cooper developers lol. Also, Cole is definitely beating Alex in a fight. In infamous 2, Cole defeated the beast. The beast can survive a hit from a nuke. While Alex almost died from a nuke and he wasn't at the center of the blast. So Cole is definitely winning. Great vid, chaos
It's also worth noting that while the nuke didn't even deal much visible damage to the Beast, Cole in the beginning of 2 was blasting large chunks off its body.
I remember saying the same thing to myself in 2009 when i was only like 12 , i played alot of sly cooper on ps2 so when i was playing this game everyday i noticed the parkour looked way too familiar
@@snakeeyes8777 a 'hit from' a non-tsar type level and direct blast anyways (which is kind of unfortunate....). 'While Alex almost died from a nuk-'. huh....now that I realize it: both rivaling franchises had some nuclear blast (er- no. 𝘯𝘰𝘵 you every Rayfield Blast. get on out of here.) scenes in both of them. kind of funny. except in infamous' it happened during in a 1st sequel. while prototype's had theirs done in a first game.
@@AmateurAnimations65 'It's also worth noting that while the nuke didn't even deal much visible damage to the Beast, Co-'. it is probably Gameplay limitations. plus, in that one part of the sequel's, probably a Lazy part on suckerpunch from doing it all out. let's say that Lore-wise in their reality 'the 50+ kiloton nuclear armament did actually successfully split John's form in twain, anti-climatically....just before he finally managed to reform again close to Cole and Zeke anyways', for example or something. [shrugged]
I'd like to point out how brilliant that start menu is from a symbolic perspective, because it and the opening as a whole is the perfect way to put us in Cole's shoes right off the bat. Much like Cole, everything was perfectly fine until we followed our vague instructions and pushed a button that we didn't know would blow up the city. Suddenly, everything is in chaos before it goes black. We wake up, disoriented and injured in the blast's crater, with about as many questions as Cole has at this point. Getting a hang of the basic controls, we stumble our way through the wreckage while along the way developing powers we don't yet understand. It's such a good setup that makes the player feel closer to Cole through this shared experience
Play through this game and play through Infamous 2, you will love these games. The powers and storyline become very interesting as you progress into the game.
This so funny, recently I just started playing this game again because of nostalgia reasons, when I open my RU-vid your video got recommended to me! I didn't even type infamous yet. Weird. But I'm happy to stumble upon your video, amazing.
It's pretty cool seeing Chaos play most of the games I grew up playing. I'd nominate Kingdom Hearts next simply because I want to see how Chaos interacts with the Disney universe while bashing the villains with a giant ass key.
I can’t lie 👏🏿 because of you playing old games that I loved, I’m thinking to start RU-vid properly on the side playing games that are actually fun instead of new 😅 love your videos 💯
One reason why I prefer this game to Second Son is that the good/evil choices came naturally to Cole and I sometimes found it difficult to pick one choice over the other. Whereas with Delsin, it feels like he forces himself to be evil like the player is in total control of him. Uncanny, right? I feel like it would have been better if Delsin was more of a self-insert kind of character rather than having his own personality.
"Graphic looking clean" **jagged edges everywhere because 720p with no anti aliasing** (not hating on Infamous 1, it is good for its time but it could use an mcable or mclassic)
If there are potential fans of the anime/manga called "Magi" ! I want to make a crossover of sorts between that show and the original games (neutral karma version), by making some of the anime's characters part of this universe. But... Where would Alladin fit best ? I know I want his powers to include slower aging and quantic energy manipulation (or whatever it is that allows the Flash manipulate reality to a small scale, except I don't want Alladin to have super speed). But: -Should he be Kessler's child brought from the future alongside him (this would probably force me to remove the storyline in which Trish is sacrificed) ? -One of the successful human test subjects that could never be replicated, forcing Kessler to build the Ray Sphere as if it was a bomb ? He can't be a random citizen turned by the Beast, Cole's Ray Sphere or Bertrand's. His place must be something that gives him insight towards Kessler and the First Sons. P.S: Could Sinbad fit in somehow as well ? And where and when ?
Infamous is my all time favourite franchise I fucking love every single infamous game I just wish they would make another one it’s already been 8 years since the last one and Cole would 100% destroy Alex in a fight especially if we’re talking infamous 2 Cole because oh man he’s OP af
This man can't tell what a good or evil action is funniest shit I've ever watch. Highly recommend finishing the first 2 second son is fun but not as good so that up to u
Personally, I go neutral on both. I play according to my beliefs, experiencing both sides of the karmic spectrum. But in the end, I don't fully commit to Infamous karma. I'm, at the very least, an outlaw who almost succeeded being a hero, but then kinda threw it away, because of my enemies's reach. In the end, I became similar to Kessler, just less selfish.
Play infamous 1 first after you complete the first one in infamous 2 you can choose to continue your infamous karma game play (good/bad depends on what karma gamplay you did) and your will continue you karma rout on infamous 2
@@popothecat9760 Death battles been debunked more times then i can count and they have been called out for falsifying evidence as well, their not a credible source at all.
