It's so sad seeing how much Infernape is struggling these days. 104/104 offenses just aren't enough to cut it anymore. The Speed is still nice, but if Mienshao ends up rising out of NU next week, I feel like people's default Scarfer will just be Flygon instead.
The problem that infernape and honestly most of the starters struggle with in competitive is that a lot of their BST is wasted on dual offense for a better story mode experience :/
@@Notnathanlikeschicken Infernape is a rare example of a mixed attacker who actually enjoys being a mixed attacker, and alternating between more physical sets, and more special sets. It's got Swords Dance and Nasty Plot. It's got Mach Punch and Vacuum Wave. It's got Thunder Punch and Grass Knot. It has better utility moves on the physical side, like U-turn and Knock Off, but then it has really strong STABs on both sides. It has every tool it could want, it just doesn't have the stats to back them up. Also, Iron Fist is a needlessly weak ability that should give the same boost as Strong Jaw. You do that, and suddenly Banded Infernape is cleanly 2HKOing Slowbro with Thunder Punch and forcing it to Tera.
yo rabia how about an umbreon vid? ive been using a really fun set: Umbreon @ Kee Berry Ability: Synchronize Tera Type: Poison EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD Bold Nature IVs: 0 Atk - Calm Mind - Moonlight - Dark Pulse - Stored Power
I so know what you mean about people playing disrespectfully with their incineroars. The other mon ladder plays like that is swampert. Other day I was facing pert + amuk. Lead mowtom v pert and they click rocks turn 1. Those kind of plays get to me when they have a whole counter in the back xd ladder be ladderin though
Yo guys, you prefer to use the 2D sprites. IMO, they have better animations and coloration. Although 4 gens have past since the last use of 2d, most of the time in NU you're running into pkmn that go up to BW/BW2. That isn't to say the fan sprites aren't non asthetically pleasing.
