Awesome run, just beat the game a 2nd time. Cool to see the bare minimum it takes to conquer.

Thanks! If you go the evil route and get thorn shield you do it even faster and need even less upgrades as thorn shield does crazy damage and most of the bosses have an area you can just stand and do damage without having to worry about getting hit.

i was today years old when i learned you can just duck under the blade of the big gladiator skeleton (i grinded 20,000xp off this too lol)

Thanks for checking it out! It is quite a different run now, I liked it better originally, the new strats make everything mostly too easy in my opinion.

GG, it was a fun moment with unnecessary xp at the end and not the best RNG on bosses, but dash use was brilliant

You have to be near the edge on either the left or right sides of the platform, if you are too close to the center you will just take damage as it rises.

If you wanted to grind early game consistently would it not be faster to get the barn quest, and repeatedly kill the skeletons outside by frequently going in and out of the barn door? I've used that as a grinding spot for xp and gold. It's pretty effective and quick to reset.

When we first started routing it that’s what we did. What we found is the time to run back to the town to buy the upgrades made it too slow. Now there are all kinds of glitches though to get money which is one of the reasons this route is no longer the most optimal.
