Do you really think so? They are themed around metal and fire... That's it, nothing special (and I love them, still...). In my opinion the Skaven have by far the coolest designs, more original stuff, followed by lizardmen and chaos undivided (Warriors and daemons together, overall)

@@RRRRRRRRR33 They're 100% themed around Assyrian aesthetics, which are amazing and you pretty much never see portrayed. That's definitely something special. I'm talking about their mythological units, armor ornaments and designs, beard fashion, etc. You even have the unit Lammasu, which is named and portrayed after the Assyrian godess...Lamassu. Winged bulls are also a common Assyrian theme. They're basically fantasy Assyrians if they were also launched forward into history, with gunpowder, artillery and heavy armor. Lizardmen you see them all the time portrayed as Mesoamerican, it's not really unique. However it is cool, I like Mesoamerican lizardmen. Skaven are indeed the more original ones, I like their aesthetics as well.

@@crepooscul Sure, but compared to mesoamerica, I don't think mesopotamia is more interesting on a visual standpoint... and I have this predilection ever since the Civilization 4 days (I was very young, basically the first time I saw these cultures being represented in a game), among the middle-eastern cultures, I think the "Arabia" aesthetics are the coolest, followed by Indian... the mosopotamia does look good, but there are more interesting stuff

Probably closer to Assyria/Babylonia, but yes! Awesome aesthetics!

@@Deathwatch05 it’s a mix of all Mesopotamian civilisations (the achimenid Persians began as part of that group as they descended from the Elamites) hence why their top infantry unit is called the immortal

@@makeytgreatagain6256 They literally auto-generate names like Ashurbanipal and Nabonidus, they're largely based on Assyrians and Babylonians.

that is because there is like 6 different dynamic versions of each song in the game. they're triggered by ingame events. Such as if you're losing heavily or if the battle balance is neutral or you're winning. and if you're losing the enemy faction will have their soundtrack play, so unless you're the same faction as them the song will change. and its not always the dynamic version triggers. Believe me, i've spend ages trying to get specific ones to play mainly for kislev. But its the same system.

Bro, kislev's theme mixed with chaos/chaos dwarves are insanely good
