Non related question I hear that stress can increase stomach acid and in some instances I hear that it decreases stomach acid… which is which?

Hey Tony, I have an idea for another video topic you could make: "Non healing Wounds/Scratches" In August 2023 I was on vacation on the beach and got some scratches on the foot which are still visible today. Also 1 Month ago I got a tiny scratch on my hand which still didn't heal completely... I have bloating problems and I am pretty sure my stomach is inflamed, but how should my body be able to heal the stomach when it can't even heal small little scratches 😅 I thought it would either be related to low mineral/protein levels or to a catabolic/anabolic imbalance. As far as I understand both states are important to heal wounds, right? Diabetes could maybe be another cause I thought so I went keto 4 weeks ago, but the scratches still aren't healing... I would really appreciate a video on that topic, since I just don't know what to do. (My doctor couldn't help me...) Thanks for everything and keep up your important work! :)

@kickitnaturally if I’m addressing betain hcl and I unfortunately have pbc (currently taking a ursodiol) and if my gallbladder is sluggish, could I add ox bile to help create that sizzle to aid in nutrient absorbtion?

We can't give advice on specific situations in video comments, but in our free digestion course, we talk about how some people will use ox bile to help that side of digestion while they are working on thinning their bile so it can flow correctly.
