Yeah, in all they're other devices they have given a clue as to how they have achieved over 100% efficiency. I haven't watched all the video yet though. Hopefully one day they will give away their secrets. But I guess they are worried about the repercussions.
You can achieve the same effect with a 12 volt DC motor. One thing to remember is that you're producing raw power that needs to be ran through an inverter to get a clean sine wave, otherwise you'll just fry your electronics.

Au début j’étais vraiment très septique (un peu comme la fosse…) sur le fonctionnement de cet appareil. J’ai donc décidé d’en construire un pour de vrai comme tous gens qui ont vu cette vidéo. Et là je suis resté émerveillé devant cette invention qui permet de fournir une Energie gratuite et inépuisable. Ensuite j’en ai construit deux, puis trois, dix, cent, mille. J’ai converti les habitants de ma ville, de mon pays… qui maintenant produisent leur propre électricité. Os imãs são facilmente encontrados na internet com as dimensões de 20x15x5mm N52, a resina epoxi também... you can do the same system but you wouldn't necessarily have to modify the alternator, leave the 12 volt alternator unmodified and use a 12v AC to 120v Dc converter and it would work the same, the alternator introduces 12v current to the converter, the same converter delivers 120v current to the engine and that's it. Only if it would be necessary to use the starter rope to start, then it's all infinite current until you damage either the alternator or the converter or the engine
