2:08 Damphire realize the Pay2Win and new player unbalanced problem in IL(typical phone game problem, eve worst in Chinese games) 4:13 useful info start
some notable bc modules: ctg and eternal have interception and aa, both actually works pretty well eternal kinda need the m2 for indirect fire if you want firepower, with that i think you can put it in a too thunderbolt without module is really bad but with interception module its very good ctg and spear strat is really strong, even worth using just for the flagship skill instead of the damage. spear still have the oldest problem being slow like a turtle unless its in blockade its pretty easy to spot overall i think in bc they are actually pretty balanced with each others(besides maxed out thunderbolt i guess)
I used both the spear and ctg duo last season. I thought the spear was a useless ship in this new meta but I wanted to try it and last season it exceeded my expectations massively I had 6 spears along with other tanking ships to tank the hits while I used all my high damage ships like the ctg and Io to flank and this tactic worked I'm not a whale so swarm fleets don't work for me. But I have used this tanking fleet all last season and so far nothing has beaten it closest I even gotten to lose it was 2 whales who managed to destroy 4 of my spears (only took them 12 mins) but didn't work for them because my ctg destroyed can destroy carriers rapidly because of its skill, weak point strike, which doubles its damage when the enemy is under 50% hp
Maybe just my personal opinion but based on the role of battlecruisers in the real world CtG is the most accurate representation of a battlecruiser: light armor, high speed and firepower, made to outpace and destroy other ships of a similar size (case in point, cruisers+)
The spear is more like a small battleship than a battle cruiser. As you said CTG. And I'd argue thunderbolt too. It's literally an unarmored cruiser hule with more weapons
The Eternal Storm gotten a hidden buff to a certain weapon mod, instead of physical damage torps its now energy damage torps, can't think of which mod it is but I think it's the one that replaces the Siege torps
Going to be using the ST exactly like that on my main.. switched over to the extra armor and vette carrier and am pumping points into armor to support it with ceres healers.. messed around with it a bit against dimensions and it did very well
thunderbolt doesnt even worth running imo, if you have low tp es is basically the same, and if you have enough tp to make it work, you basically have enough to make 2 other bcs maxed
hey can you help me? I have thunderbolt and st58 unlocked. I am f2p so should I focus on st59 fully now? and how do I get more of st59 mods/duplicates? The st59 search pool in RA isn't worth it at all
@@mohammadfahimhossain9975 f2p the thunderbolt is probably the worst bc, just because the sheer tp it needs to be good. st59 modules can drop from all crates you can buy, even the uecoin ones for 10k so just lick it out i guess
"My ST59 by themselves against a server 1, server 2 player, i think they can solo their entire fleet" Me, a server 2 player with XenoStingers, Taurus, pulse Nebula, ST59 + Tundra supporting them, Thunderbolt and Eternal Storm in the same fleet: are you sure about that? Edit: and the healing boost with armor caps at +150%, for which, in a battlecruiser with 0.25% heal boost per armor point, you need 600 armor, or 500 if you max the healing enhancement that adds an extra 0.05% heal per armor point (turning the 0.25% into 0.3%). And one of Thunderbolt's modules that replaces its basic AA missile system, is a 4 pulse array turrets with missile/torpedo interception skill, which has a double enhancement to increase its interception by 25% each. That means it can reach 65% interception chance (assuming the base chance is 15% like all other interception skills), which is reducing all indirect fire coming at it by more than half, basically, so that's the tool for self defense it has, as the ship is meant to have another battlecruiser in front receiving all the direct fire for it.
Poor guy, he doesn't even know about the game yet. I'm S6, one of the strongest of my union, we're leading the server, and I'm still worried about the veterans and chinese whales
@@real_blackthorn I'm p11 and almost whale status. Definitely one of the stronger in our p11 community and I still worry about the Chinese and Korean whales
Can you make a video about the TE blueprints? Like Boreas, Crasher and Indefatigable? How good are them? Are them worth using on such servers? And what to invest TPs (considering we'll only have a few from combat ships and exp, so they won't be maxed out)? Thanks
I mention them in one of my 101 tutorial series vids. theres a playlist for new players and at that point they're ok. But they can be rapidly replaced as soon as you get good blueprints of your own and you start maxing those out. As yes as you mentioned the max TP you can get on them is 50TP which is a long way off from good
are you going to put out a 2023 ship guide for the BC's and Auxilery ships as well? I have every battle cruise but I am unsure how best to use them especially the thunderbolt I have. I have 58 BC points atm. I have both Auxilry ships as well and I am even more clue less about them O_o. I also think it would be great content to do Fleet guides. Maybe do a video for each different type of fleet makeups you might recomend. Maybe do some theory crafting ones as well. Anyway thx for the content
i am Alhamdulillah sooooooooo happy for the st59. Is your previous st59 build guide still valid? Edit: I Alhamdulillah have chimeras at the front and so should I take the front row enhance of the st59 or should it just be a mid row tank?
the part ranking videos should probably get updated eventually due to meta changes new models and the introduction of the crux thunderbolt star all the auxillary ships and warspite to the list of ships with moduals probably unlikely but eh will be nice
issue with em is that I don't have access to all thunderbolt modules nor know anyone with them all and likewise with the warspite, so holding off till I can get those and some test BRs done with them, which as you can imagine without the above takes time.
Better to focus one as the tech points make a ship considerably more powerful. If you're lucky to have maxed out multiple battlecruisers then you could consider having a few different ones out.
ES has a lot of damage mitigation on one of its modules reducing all incoming damage by a decent %. As far as I'm aware and had a few people show me the modules the thunderblot has no armour modules like that. Also it has considerably lower armour and energy res caps than both CTG and ES.
Gotta ask, how are you getting so many modules and tp for bc's? I've got wretched luck in pulls, and while I've got all the bc's, I've amassed a sum total of 46 tp for them. Carriers are worse, I think I've got 10 tp and only have the whale and cv3k... I've been playing since beta, and last season finally started pulling super capitals, but at a stupidly low rate compared to guild mates and others. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I was in exactly the same boat. Had nothing but modules for the ST59 for and was 7/8 servers in. Then in the last 3/4 servers I've seemingly just gotten a hell of a lot more lucky and picked up considerably more for some reason. I'd suggest maybe trying to pull them from the research agreement, but end of the day its all luck.
Eternal storm is miles better than CTG. CTG is garbage and will get melted every fight. Eternal storm can be tanker with 2 mods. On the spear, you havent mentioned the incredible strat for blocking enemy fleets from retreating. Whales insta retreat when their carriers get close to dying in most non base engagements, this prevents that and the little guys can take them down.
I`m having a lot of luck with this TBolt vs PVE. 1 x Thunderbolt, 8 x Tundra, 8 x Guardian and a the rest Callisto (8 x aint-ship, 3 or 4 Standard). Healers keep TBolt above 98%. Ist to go are the healers...
