@@mikecrapse5285 what I've been told is that each server lasts 4 phases, meaning you restart like you usually do when a season ends. The twist is, after 4 seasons, the server restarts to the beginning which really has no effect whatsoever. I think it's just a way to measure seasons like how hours work.
I don't think Recon Type is bad. It's the first blueprint I've pulled in this game, been running it whole Phase I and now in Phase II. At least in PvE it's protecting fleet quite well, in battles like 1v2, 1v3 privateers, 1 or 2 Carilions may die. It's niche, but it has its roles.
You can't really fully counter it. That's why it's so good. Can't counter something you literally can't shoot. Some higher hit rate ships do a better job though, Io type B does well, base Taurus etc.
