Nice one. You got the Ruby while doing a frigate video 😉 - BTW, the Xeno DPM tops out at around 10k - 11.5k depending on your preferences. I agree with your ratings by and large though I don't dismiss the lower ranked ships completely, especially the FG300 recon and Carillion A. Their primary use is disposable tanks, 'pull fleets' (before city captures), scouts (indispensable, right?) - including intel gathering about enemy fleets, 'spam ships' as a tactic in base defence, and more. In that case these ships should be treated with respect even if they're not the best damage dealers

I use the Noma A to hit AMPs quickly, I think you are wrong there. The high siege damage means you can knock down AMPs before they can react.

Good video. If I am to make the list, I would probably put reliat B into A tier and C into S. I own both of them, and the reason I think the reliat C is worth an S tier is because of its insane survivability. Because it sits in the mid row, it is already rare for it to be targeted by enemy fleet, and even if it does get targeted, this thing is going to simply evade all of them. My maxed out reliat Cs just simply won't die. The front-row taurus dies, Ceres carriers dies, hell, even my callisto might get killed. But at the end of battle, my 10 reliat Cs are barely scratched, and because it can survive so well, it has the potential to deal very good damage, system or otherwise. As for reliat B, I tested it out and it is surprisingly good against battlecruisers because it has a strategy specifically against them, and the energy torpedo is just very useful in general. It also survives better than xenostinger due to its 35% evasion. Of course the damage is not as good but I would still say it is very useful as a fast anti-large ship fleet, maybe when paired with xenostingers, ruby ion cannons, and carillion specials, the frigate-only fleet would shred through large ships!
