Troubleshoot any problemetic component connectivity on the Infiniti Q50, Q60, or QX30. Regardless the year for Q50/Q60: 2013-2018; Only 2017 and 2018 for QX30; Only 2018 for QX50
This is so helpful. It made it much easier to determine what wires were for each speaker so I could hook up my Audio Contol DSP for my new amps. The shop that tried to install it had everything wrong. No balance or fade. Was able to correct their mistakes after watching the video by going into speaker test mode. Thank you!
Thanks for this - it works on my Q50 in the United Kingdom even though the button you press 3 times is on the opposite side (as is the steering wheel!)
damn dude well done. I'm curious as how to completely reset the car back to like it was brand new so that I can program the personal driver mode and basically just clear out anything in relation to how the first owner had it setup. any ideas?
Thank you for the feedback! Sorry been away on vacation for a while. Been back a week or so. Yes this is possible and I will gladly make a video explaining this if you still need it.
Excellent video! My 2016 Red Sport is giving me the Bose amp as the problem also. Mine radio & screen periodically turns off for about 5 secs and back on. I haven’t checked fuses yet, but what would you suggest I check after that? Thanks so much for this video. It’s the only one I’ve found describing this. HUGE help👍🏼
Thank you man!! I've tried by Q30 sport 2.2d my2016 (Europe) and it work!!! But for cockpit service menu? For example for change unit meter in fuel consumption ecc ecc. Thank you again
DrewisEvo right. So this just helps you diagnose any potential issues and if found you would most likely need to go to the dealership but at least you know the issues. If no connection you may try changing the corresponding fuse but that doesn't seem to be your issue.
What the hell this is also happened with me what did you do to fix it back man it just deleted everything and there is no GPS and navigation on my 2015 Q50 anymore wth
SNS Shakra no one has answered me but possibly it only needs a reconfiguration like you go to the dealership and tell them that you need a RECONFIGURATION i haven’t gotten mine fixed. What issues do you have? No driving modes? No sound? Couple things missing from the lil speedometer screen. Seats not moving back when exiting the vehicle? That and some more are whats going in with mine
Do you respond I have a couple questions I’m dealing with audio problem now I don’t have red lines they are yellow from radio and Sxm to audio head unit
Hi if yellow it is probably not a fuse but something else with wiring or components. I found this battery reset method you can try: - www.justanswer.com/nissan-infiniti/acnrw-2007-infiniti-m35-vin-jnkay01e97m306235-prod-date-10-06.html
Hi man , i really need your help , my speakers on q50 makes blurp noises unnecessarily , even when the audio is off , some says its amplifier issue . It gets loud at times
Hey have you tried the diagnosis I described in this video to confirm connectivity? If it intermittent it is probably not a fuse issue but maybe a wiring issue or the Amp is going under.
having an issue with 2019 QX50 liftgate. Either it wont stay open when using my fob or when i press the button inside the car it will open and then quickly slam shut.
I have a 2016 and I did a self diagnostic and the amp shows red but fuses are good and my problem car won't start please help rear amp does a weird click sound!!
If the car won't start that's probably a more crucial issue there. But if it is just the amp not working or making weird noise for me it was the fuse but it could be bad wires, I heard of rats chewing is common.
I tried to do this to figure out an audio issue I was having but it doesn’t work for my 2021 qx50. Any tips/suggestions on what I could be doing wrong?
Hi, there might be back-up camera settings for this by navigation the Menu > Settings > Camera/Sonar > Camera Settings. Let me know if that helps and if you are able to find a way to enable and disable the guiding indicator line for the back-up camera.

Oh I commented on the wrong video! But I just installed a catback exhaust system and want to turn off the fake exhaust noise that is played thru the speakers
Hey man I really need your help. I keep getting “intelligent key error, please view owner manual” I replaced the key fob battery, everything works, I can turn on the car and off no problem. Why is it showing that error message? Would doing that in your video resolve it?
Hi, no my video of resetting certain settings will not help you. It seems more like either the electrical system that communicates with the key fob is damaged or the actual key. So might want to go in to Infiniti to ask them to service it. Good luck and let me know how it goes!
Actually that is something that can only be done at the dealership in regards to the update and I haven't seen how to sideload Android apps on this either. Sorry
Okay so I ran the diagnostic and it shows the Bose amp in the red. I checked the fuse panel under the steering wheel and number 3 was corroded. I used one of the spares provided and ran the diagnostic and it still shows red? Any ideas or tips? I also checked fuse 5 and it was fine.
Hmm, did the corroded fuse also corrode the fuse panel connection of that fuse? Corroded can also mean another underlying problem so unless it is simply cleaning out the corrosion of the fuse box for that bad fuse, you might need to take it to the shop for professional diagnostic.

@@ThaGreatED3 they playing too much I went to the dealership and the guy said they did everything and that is a problem with it but I doubt it he just trynna make a Nigga pay for it ima take it to a different dealership
Hi, are you able to perform voice commands such as work the navigation system or ask to call someone? If so then the car mic should be working and it might be your phone. You can also try unpair and re-pair your phone to the car. Hope this helps and let us know how you make out.
@@ThaGreatED3 I thought it was my phone at first, so I upgraded my phone and paired it. I haven't tried voice commands. I'll do that first thing in the morning. Thank you so much for responding
Accessory Mode meaning you pressed the On button without holding your brake to actually start the car and instead only electronics are on (lights, dash, screen, etc.)
It should work for all Q50s and Q60s, even latest models. You need to make sure you are pressing an inch below the right arrow on the touchscreen after following the other steps as it is sometimes sensitive where you must press. Hope that helps, good luck!
It's a little finicky where you need to click on the screen under the arrow but it does eventually work. If you have right hand drive, it would be under the arrow on the left instead.
So your sound is also not working in the car? If so that most likely means the Fuse needs to be changed. Do you know where the fuse box is in the car. Slightly different location for each year and model.
Hi thanks for the feedback, you can reset the inTouch settings which I show how in my other video (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Xbr5vvjvKcg.html) but nothing to reset the alignment. I can make another video on how to reset the personalized settings for DAS.
ThaGreatED3 what kind of setting is there for the DAS? i know how to adjust the driver mode and change the steering response that's about it, unless there's something else?
ThaGreatED3 oh ok thanks.. besides that... is there any other little secrets? like bypassing the speed sensor so you can use the navi or other settings while driving? there was something online to buy to plug and play.. but they want $180, not even worth it honestly if you ask me
G0t2BMiiRii haha yeah unfortunately that's the only way. Because the sensor needs to detect the parking break and if simply disconnected it will not work so that plug and play module helps fake out the system. There are also Android Hard-drives to have full touchscreen app support on the screen or even Android Auto. All not worth it unless you really use those functions daily and you own the car and not leasing.
Hi, I have not but heard this from other users and mostly on older versions of Infiniti cars and some iPhone models as well. Infiniti dealerships should fix this at no cost if the mic or entire Bluetooth module needs replacing.
Ewan Black it should work for all models. Please make sure you follow the steps exactly and pay attention to exactly where you press on the touchscreen, right below the right arrow.
Got it to work - and thanks for the reply. It was my fault in that the 'Seek' button is on the LHS on LHD cars - and the RHS on RHD vehicles, and I was pressing the wrong button :( Dohhhhhhhh.

Sometimes takes a while to figure out the proper hidden location of that button on the right of the arrow in the menu unless you have right hand drive then it is on the reverse side.
@@ThaGreatED3 yeah I found out it was on the left after randomly trying different areas. My car steers from the left side though so that's a bit odd that it does that.
