I feel ya on this stress thing . I’m developing some anxiety in my older age . I’ve spent my life raising my kids . Now I want to get out there more . Do some writing and get into my art . Maybe some type of advocacy but stress really holds me back . It zaps what little energy I have left after doing what needs to be done for my kids lol . Great video. I really want those books !! Lol . I also want to say that different videos tend to have like an energy ?? To them lol for lack of a better word and yours are one of the lighter , better feeling ones lol . Love your channel .

I'm glad your son is okay! And I'm glad to see you back here. That sounds like a lot of stress, and my brain would also be playing the what if game. But I've learned to have more faith in my ability to handle things like that when they happen. It sounds like you have too!

Yay! New video🤓. I actually got really excited, had to get my chips and dips to settle in to watch. Glad to see you're doing well, and everything went great with your son's surgery. Something medically urgent creates this well of emotions, like gravity. It pulls everything we have going on in our lives out of orbit. The unknowns. Getting back on track takes some effort restoring one thing at a time. Not worrying about things floating around crashing into each other. I think you have a terrific handle on that. Great work! ☺️

I have felt some relief - in the past several months - having discovered the "INFJ" label. I've never been keen on labels - but THIS label has been 'good' for me - to understand I'm not as 'odd' as I thought I was. At first I wondered IF I was drawn to the label - BECAUSE it seemed to be a small percentage of the population and then started to wonder - is my attraction because I think I'm so 'special'? Anyhow - I now realize it's because this is how my mind works - and I am not ALONE - that brings me some comfort! Thank you! I have enjoyed your videos very much - including your sense of humour! 6 years ago today I took my Mom to the doctor, and she ended up getting admitted to the hospital. This year (2023) is a mirror to 2017, so the days and dates from then are the same as this year's. I saw that year of my Mom's passing coming since her heart attack on January 1st 2010. We had much discussion on the lead up and worked through a good number of feelings. Knowing that we were enjoying bonus time, nothing was left unsaid, and when she passed as I held her hand, I realized what a gift I have.... that I could return all the love that she gave me throughout my life! We are all but moments in time, but love within those moments are forever. Everyone we have loved is with us forever, and we are never separate in the eternal now, whether our parting has yet to come, or we are on the other side of apparent time.

….and glad your son is ok ! That is definitely a big one .

Well damn…lol Its not everyday someone says they need you to write a book 🤓 I love it! You’re speaking life into your situations, both personal and professional. To me when you do that its like things HAVE to work. And you improvise along the way (i.e. sleeping in your car if push comes to shove). Like you have to make this work some kind of way. I believe it will. God Bless you and family 😊❤

Hi David our thinking will keep going on with us when we face difficult situations. Find yourself some chores to do, find unfinished jobs (plan) before, walking, hiking, see old tree, touching rocks, talk to mountains, talk to someone or listen to meditation. Getting energy, looking up we are no where, but looking down we are at somewhere. Ask ourselves, Why can they live well ? Another time or next morning, you have the answer from the points of not overwhelming thinking from your intuition. Can’t sleep. Set a tv 45 degrees from your feet and distance around 8-10 feet with long (of boring ) movies (TV show). I will be awaken at good parts, but your eyes start to shut down. Slowly turn off. Reading book, but place it stand on stand your belly. Or laying down on the bed in a dim room. Tell yourself gently and softly like a mother of your own self in your mind “put every down.” “ there is beautiful flowers and sunshine will come tomorrow” , “time to sleep dear David” . I often tell myself “when I was born from my mother belly with little naked fetal. I will pass away one day with a smile to go back with soil like other biology. How I live in this life is up to me. No difficulty can stop my will.” Son.

Very happy to hear that your son is doing okay. Going through things with my son, I understand the parent part. Curious if you guys were able to get charity care through the hospital. I know him! 😅 Glad, you're back! And yes... it's very exhausting to reshape yourself. You think you just read some books and articles but then you have this intense feeling of... wow it already shaped me in a very short time and, I need to do more. But structured and with...yes...patience.

Good luck! Hope that like all your projects and everything goes well! Of course yeah, with everything that's going on with you, make sure to not take on too much at a time and make sure to get plenty of rest. But I think you already knew that. ;D

Great to see you back, and I am so pleased to hear your boy is on the mend. Sitting on the sidewalk....now that hit me. I am watching the cars of other peoples lives right now and reminding myself that I know how to drive and I need to get back on the road. I just don't know where I put my keys. You're back ❤️ It always amazes me how parallel our lives are. And since our birthday s are only one day apart, you really start wondering if astrology has something to do with it. I to have had the shittiest time in years since October, and it just turned this week with an amazing opportunity. I know I can do it, but does that stop me from stressing about a million what ifs? It always break my heart when I hear stories about the burdens your health care system put on the users. Living in a country where all is free, this is unimaginable. 💞

You are a master wordsmith. Bring it on. My daughter had three surgeries for cancer in her twenties. She's turning 40 this year. It's a tough time to go through. Hospitals are usually open to negotiating a price reduction for people without insurance. It's worth a shot. Know that these breaks from u tube are Okay 👍. I'll keep the coffee on and wait for updates. May you fly. 🕊️🥰
