Keep praying and stay positive ,.GODBLESS 😇♥️
For me sourdough bread was the game changer. Also change of diet. I don't combine carbs with proteins anymore. Instead both combined with vegies. Went almost 10kg down, no bloating and normal stool once or twice a day. Further no sugar (just a bit in my koffie, also only once a day) and fruits as far as possible from other meals.
Fasting is actually quite bad for people with ibd. That body is using lots of nutrients and it is having a hard time absorbing nutrients. There is a stress in your life putting your gut in and out of overdrive focus on that. : )
Hello Dr Gut. I'm a subscriber who appreciates how informative and thoroughly explained your videos are. Sincere thanks 😊 I've always wondered for the past 10 years or so if I could have IBS. I get occasional diarrhea accompanied with bloating and gas. About half the times during these occasions i'll get sharp cramps before a bowel movement. Speaking of such I have never had (as far as I can remember ) a solid poop. It comes as creamy consistency. I never sought medical attention for this because when I was younger I just accepted it for what it was thinking eventually it would correct itself over time. Now that I'm older I've grown weary as much as I tried to remedy it nothing has worked. I've tried everything from diet changes (more fruit and vegetables) ; supplements; fasting; drinking lots of water to stopping eating all dairy. I found out about zinc three months ago so I started taking it and it seemed to be much improving my problem but after a month it went back to it's original state and stopped working. I know that I need to see a specialist who will likely want to prescribe medicine when I'm looking for a natural alternative to pharmaceutical drugs. Any thoughts on what I can do Doc? Not asking for your guidance just your thoughts. Heartfelt thanks for your opinions. Shalom.
I'm replying to this after over one year time and I don't know your situation right now. I was also suffering from IBD and experienced a great relief after some medication that are identical to my country. I'm from Srilanka. For a significan change try out "Link Natural Swastha Thriphala" two capsules per day, which is a 100% natural extract
@shaynepubudu2052 Hello. Peace and blessings be unto you. Thank you for replying. I'm still here after one year cuz my situation has not changed for the better. I'm in the United States and I haven't heard of this medicine that you mentioned. Is there a website where this is available? I'm desperate to find any remedy that doesn't require long-term treatment with pharmaceutical products.
@@Palmetto-J I was very similar to you for many years. Eventually it got to a point of having daily 4 BM-s that were really watery, even more than usual. All my blood results were perfect, but fecal calprotectin showed inflammation, and subsequently I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease. Definetly recommend you get fecal calpro checked to rule out IBD even things get worse. Fortunately, I am able to be in clinical remission and only have 1 BM per day now by adhering to a strict diet (SCD, with further restrictions)
@danielr213 Shalom Shalom. Greetings, Sir. Wonderful day to rejoice and be glad in. I'm saddened to know about your diagnosis of Crohn's disease. There is hope in The Messiah. He heals us from all of our afflictions and troubles. I finally went for help when I got a colonoscopy done several months ago. Everything was normal except for one polyp that was found and got removed. Nothing was found in my blood analysis either. All the doctor advised me to do is increase my fiber intake. Now that I've been taking the fiber, my stool consistency has improved somewhat, but I still get the gas and occasional bloating. It might all be due to my lack of water intake. I don't drink enough fluids. I admit also that I don't get enough exercise either. When I go next March for my annual exam, I'll most definitely be asking about this fecal cal protectin. It sounds interesting to know about. I sincerely thank you for bringing this to my attention. You were having four watery BM's in a day? That's a medical emergency. You can suffer fast from dehydration. Glad your situation improved now that you're having only one BM a day. Yes, the key is restricting your diet. SCD ?
Thank you for the wonderful explanation. As a UC patient I would love to get more information on daily management, i.e., diet, stress and exercise. I'm currently on 4 - 1.2 g mesalamine.
Not enough research is done on these terrible IBD diseases. I have UC and it started from nowhere in my 40s. It started as proctitis, now it's flared and is full colitis. I hate it.
Hello Dr. I just came across your videos. I have been having some severe symptoms for about 10 weeks. Diariah, constipation, loss of appetite, loss of weight, streaks of blood in stools and severe fatigue. All tests including colonoscopy, virtual colonoscopy, bloods show inflammation, ct scans aall negative. Pain in mostly along left stomach and new pain in upper right . My GP is stumped! Can you give me some insight please? Or which direction to take next? Thank you!
Hi..! Are you feeling better now ? I have right and left pain for 3-4 month now. Constipation, dirran, bloated and full of easy after eating. I have bowels movements as also. I’ll colonoscopy on April 3
Fascinating stuff. I have what they used to call Type 3 Sphincter of Oddi Dysfunction but which is now, as I understand, been reclassified as a type of IBS. Is this the case?
I have bloat everyday, have had a colon cleanse and fasted several times, as long as 4days. Still was bloated, i have no idea what to do an fix my gut,
If u suffer from steatorrhea(yellow fatty stool) u should go to see doctor u may have liver problems celiac disease or something else, yellow stool can also be caused of food in yellow color
Dr Gut is the mucoid plaque a real thing? I see a lot of videos of people claiming to poo them out. A lot of these people seem to be vegans. I don't know if that has anything to do with it though. Thanks
This video was very interesting. My Crohns I back after being in remission for 4yrs, I had 2 colonoscapies within a 6 week time period, that did it, I am so upset. My question.,whats the best food plan to follow, keo type plan or vegetarian? I don't recall what I did before. Thankyou.
EVA Gosselin hi, my son has just been diagnosed with CCrohns/Ulcerative Cholitis Disease, he has had two ops in 3 weeks for peri anal abscess. Drs are pushing for colonoscopy to be done, but as he has open wounds down there the purge meds will be agony. Also no free medical care where we live. Did I read correctly that you feel your colonoscopies took you out of remission? Diet - Ive done so much research, its seems no fibre at all, so I peel and cook to death all vegetables, get white flour sour dough bread. Anyway yesterday Drs put him on high dosage corticosteriods for a month. They pushing for another stoma operation as well. So distressing. I feel sore for you and all people with this horrible disease. xx
@@itsmyparty4637 hi there, just read your reply. I do feel that the 2 colonoscapies caused this, before this, I felt great, no bloating, cramps, could eat what ever I wanted in moderation. I'm 5ft 5 and weighed 118lbs, now I'm 109lbs, my diet is very bland. I just started Prednisone on The 13th, I'll be on this for 2 mths, so far, I'm doing a little better. I feel so bad for your son, he's going through so much, hopefully the medicine will be helpful. Colonoscapies are OK but, not close together, the 2nd one should have been done mths later, that did nothing but irritate my insides. I wish the best for you and your son, sending caring thoughts and hugs. 💕💟
Hi Gut doctor my mum has been given a terrible diagnoses, peritoneal cancer around the gut, a kind of chemo to shrink the cancer which has kinked the bowel. Is there a way to inflate or wash out a very weak bowel without surgery. Apologise for the very personal message but we are at the time when we need to find answers. Hope this finds you well.
Excuse me doctor when I was walking I carelessly hit a very strong long metal on my hip it was hit a little up of the hip want will happen to me😢 it was very painfull

I have been diagnosed with Indeterminate colitis and being treated with sulfasalazine . But I am not getting better . Still having pain on left side of stomach and sticky dark poop . What can I do ?
Can you do a video on regurgitation? My friends kid regurgitates food into the mouth then swallows back few minutes after every meal, and doctors can't figure this out. What can be causing this? Please help...
Hello Doctor thank 🙏 you for the clear explanation of this disease. My daughter is diagnosed with Crohns disease and all treatments including biological therapy didn't work for her is there any other treatment without going for surgery. Please can you tell me. Thanks
Hey, I have crohns disease, mine still mild tho... fish oil, and couple other supplements + good diet works really well in my case, my pain gone :") it's so relieving! I highly recommend to read more about fish oil (omega3) and crohns! As well as vitamin D deficiency and crohn!
@@adaninurs iya orang indo juga kwkwk. aku gak tau sih crohn apa bukan, tapi kemaren pas usg abdomen aku kena gastritis sama inflamasi usus juga. oh iya kamu selain vit c sama omega 3 minumin obat kaya salofalk/lameson gitu gak yg buat radang ususnya?
Jangan sampe sih tapi:(....
They’re both different Ibs (irritable bowel syndrome): Classified as a syndrome, defined as a group of symptoms. Does not cause inflammation. There is no sign of disease or abnormality during an exam of the colon. No increased risk for colon cancer. IBD (inflammatory bowel disease): Classified as a chronic disease/illness (Crohn’s disease and Ulcerative colitis). Can cause destructive inflammation and permanent harm to the intestines. The disease can be seen during diagnostic imaging. Inflammation outside gi tract such as skin, joints, or eyes etc. Increased risk for colon cancer.
I had a liver transplant in 2019 and have been experiencing bloating and inflammation where I have gained weight in my abdomen it doesn’t matter what I eat these symptoms persist i do take meslaine along with predisone I need insight please
Your anti rejection drugs put weight on your stomach as well, I know from experience. I also have bowel problems but eliminate foods that cause upsets. Not a lot of choice left 🤣
Diverticulitis video please... 🤷 I had a near death experience and had to have a colostomy poop-bag for a bit over a year after my intestines popped...

@@familiepfisterer1181 thanks for the reply I have been suffering from ulcerative colitis for the past 9 years, r u still sure that I should go for carnivore diet because other doctors have advised me not to go for carnivores diet Waiting for your kind reply.
@@jishnunair1914 doctors don't know anything about nutrition, there are a lot of stories on you tube about how the carnivore diet cures, look for Shawn Baker, Bart Kay, Anthony Chaffee
Sir, You didn't mention any natural healing that exists for sure. You need to learn from doctors, like Dr John Bergman & Dr Eric Berg.. Animation was great though.
Why take drugs to mask the problems? This makes 0 sense. If both these are caused by foods we ingest and outside stressors, then why do doctors go to drugs to mask this problem thus cause more side effects and more perscription drugs as a first line defense.. I guess they wouldn't get a drug money kick back. This MD world isn't working for peoples well-being.. keeping them dependent on medications and sick is a sure way to have a career in helping those who suffer from simple lifestyle changes. Whoops, did I just post this!? 😅 the answer is in the problem. Food is thy medicine, lifestyle changes- when we eat, what we eat has a direct impact on our gut health.
I am an IBD Patient and my gastroenterologist keep writing prescriptions, I say them I am having it. They are bullying and never mention about diet like this person. I am full organic, no gluten and I have no symptoms. Once or twice bleeding happening. I thinks it’s ok to live without any drug
