Until the end of October, farmers, ranchers, and forest landowners who experienced discrimination in USDA’s farm lending programs prior to January 1, 2021 can apply for financial assistance through Section 22007 of the Inflation Reduction Act. In this video, we learn more about the 22007 claims process from Stephen Carpenter and Lindsay Kuehn from Farmers' Legal Action Group, Inc. (FLAG).

I applied for the original black former settlement and will turn down said that I was late but postmarked said that I wasn't late the original Pitman I also applied this time? they only paid me 6,000 I still said they discriminating would someone please get in touch with me at that email address

The USDA is a racist arm of the government. They say racism will end. The USDA will make you wait for pennies. The amount of discrimination is horrible. The USDA need a new secretary

They have old farmers that get Social Security and SSI will that affect their payment. I was told No but I recall when someone got the award and they stop her SSI
