I received my SE role offer letter from Infosys in 2022 and, trusting the company's reputation, I declined other job offers, waiting over a year for a joining date. During that time, the IT sector faced a recession, making it hard to find new opportunities. After nearly two years, Infosys finally contacted me in June 2024 for pre-training, which I completed on July 24. We were promised joining dates of August 19 or September 2. However, instead of receiving results, I was sent an email about re-pre-training starting on August 26. This has left me stressed, confused, and unsure about my future. Can anyone clarify what Infosys is planning, and why we’re being put through this again?

Infosys delayed our joining by 2 years initially. Then, we received a pre-training email in June. I started my pre-training on July 1. Infosys HR told us that we would receive the result within 2 days after the pre-training and that our joining would be by September 2. However, no email arrived within 2 days. We took the exam on July 24 and waited for over 20 days. After that, we received another pre-training email stating that this time the pre-training exam would be offline. Was this valid? How can we trust that this won't happen again? Now, I need justice as I have wasted 2 years because of Infosys. Infosys repeatedly gives us hope for joining and then disappears. Their onboarding process was supposed to be that our training would take place in Mysore, and still, we trusted them and gave the pre-training exam. We were just expecting the result, but what did they do? Again and again, sending pre-training emails to frustrate us. #infosys #infosysonboardingdelay

Infosys selected us for Offer In 2022. We waited 2 year for joining and now Infosys sent mail for pre joining and gave hope for joining this time. We did complete virtual pre training ifrom 1st July to 24th July. On first day, Infosys HR confirmed us two joining dates (2ept and 16 Sept). We too assessment on 24th July. We waited for results more than 20 days, where Infosys side results will come out in 2 days. Infosys sent again pre tried mail on 19th Aug, instead of results of previous assessment. Infosys is literally plying with our emotions 😭. We are eagerly waiting for our journey, please Infosys give us joining 🙏
