I worked in Accenture for 11 yrs & laid off. My bank balance is very less today. I remained unemployed, unmarried. Whereas my neighbor is an illiterate, started his business as a pakoda & tea seller 10 years ago. He has opened a small restaurant & married & having kids happy. He made crores in today's date!
Its simple....dont marry or make someone dependent on you until you make yourself satisfy with your own life. Dont afraid to FOMO, life is precious Dont let fake sexual urge and fake responsibility to disturb your life.

Yes, you said it right , i worked in a startup for 1 year and i realised that company soaking my blood instead of so many work with less salary , but when i switched to MNC i get less work but less stress, anxiety, mental issues also , so startup work culture is worst if you font want to do work much than they expected because they want work of 4 people from 1 , in MNC work life balance is great because there are thousands of people working so its peaceful atmosphere and work-life balance , if you are fresher never choose Startups to work, they will soak your bloods from your mind, i am the culprit.
Thts true, they expect a lot from us and they dont even help us when we have a doubt bcs there are less employees working there and all too busy. I believe some startups are not meant for freshers.
Leave this mnc and start preparing for a govt job after getting that you will be so happy and satisfied that you will be the happiest person on the earth!!! Only a government employee is the happiest person in this world right now!!! Pressure in govt jobs is the minimum and workloads are much much more less than private with job security!!
Dost, maine abhi ek badi MNC chori hai to start my own... I 100% agree with your take on this... Also liked your simplistic way of explaining the things.
You’re so right. I worked as an HR Generalist. What I had to find out sadly was as much as I’d like to do the right thing and do good by all the employees, that is not the real world scenario. Letting go of employees, onboarding employees with not so transparent terms all of these practices especially in startups made me sick but I kept telling myself I just have to do it for my sake and the company’s sake. There came a time post which my conscience could take no more. So i put down my papers. HR department is definitely not your friend
Since you work in the HR department, I really want to know if some role and a position has a specific budget, still why the HR makes an offer based on the previous salary? And once you make a counter, they'll increase the salary again (most times). Are bhai if you have a budget, just make that offer Like I really want to know this strategy.
@@sudhangshudas3099 It depends on how desperately the company needs that person. In the end, it’s a matter of desperation and efficiency. Company will try to get the same calibre of employee for the lowest possible CTC. It’s classic Business 101, extract highest amount of profit all the while bearing the lowest cost possible without significantly impacting the quality.

Earning is not an issue these days but the expenditure is.. currently im the only earning person in family and m 26 and being fresher im getting 26k. My rent is 12k adding all other expenses at end of month im left with only 6k . I don't know how i will survive, everyday i feel demotivated at my work
No offense but try starting a business, side by side. Even a small one will help you in future. If it will add 5000rs per month initially to your account. It is not bad.
Tell your family members to earn at least their expenses if they are not children or old age more than 70 years. Simply sitting and eating, depending on the other is not good
There is no good and bad worker in company.. mostly all employees are equal and yes if you do extra work you may get promoted faster but in general in longterm it does not make any impact as ppl switch job in general in 3-4 years and get promoted anyway..
The fact is that you yourself and your family is only the most inportant thing in this world. Companies come and go if you have talent then you will survive anywhere. There are people working for big 4s or others working 18 hours a day for salary or promotion and then die before time without even enjoying the money which they earned😂 Then there are people who give value to family and grow slowly and live good life full of enjoying it. Its always good o take leaves and enjoy with family rather than work for so.e company who can just throw you out like fly in tea
"And then die before time without even enjoying the money which they earned". You are right Kash ap jaise RU-vidrs hothe, RU-vid is full of Medicore gyan gurus.
I have got everything from my job. I have got a very good apartment, I go to foreign tours and I have good bank balance. It does not matter if you are a businessman or a professional. Smart people will invest their money and save a lot.
@@theiimguy Then why you giving fake advice that doing job is useless for the just sake of views. I am also doing a job in a MNC company and got everything in the span of 10 years. Just advice you to stop demotivating young people who are fresher.
Unrealistic expectations No focus on core business it means jiske related business ho usse ek step aage kaise le jaae pehle uska base hi nai banate sidha 2 pr jaata hai No effective connection with working circle
woh bas ek hi client pe dependent rehte hai.. full jugadu mindset.. jitne kam employees se jitna jyada kaam kara sakte ho... aur employees ko increment v na karwao.. no effective marketing also.. all projects are third party... ye log upwork me milne wale freelancing projects krte hai.. air agr khud ka erp v ho, to usme itna ganda standard of logic hota hai ki koi kharidne wala v nhi hota...
Hi Abhishek, I’ve been following your work since several months, before and even after the completion of my MBA and I’m a big admirer of your work. If possible, can you highlight what is the role, work, scope, career progression and other similar important things about the profile of a Business Analyst in IT sector? I am placed as a business analyst in a large IT firm. I’m awaiting onboarding but I couldn’t find much information anywhere about this profile, specifically in the IT sector. It would be great if you could cover this in your future videos. As always, keep up the good work
I work in an IT services corporate since 2 yrs which in turn has put me on Aerospace projects. So basically I'm a Stress Engineer in the Aerospace sector. Trust me I'm really happy and thankful for what I've got and life is going good. I don't feel burdened at all and my job is impact driven which makes it motivating .
YT in itself is a business bro. Being a youtuber is considered as a professional business nowadays - many youtubers are earning much more than corporate job holders and that too from the comfort of their home.
Sir if, final year student who converted IIM , the college is saying that the final Sem exams will held in July, but the class at IIM starts in July, will my admission in IIMs get cancelled due this if I convert? Love your content 😊😊
IIM Vishakhapatnam ka banda apne aap ko IIM guy keh le brag raha hai.. yahan saala A B C se graduate bande itne humble hote hain ki pata hi nahi lagta ki ABC se hain
Bro, agar IIM nahi likhega to subscriber kaise aaenge.😂 He must have done graduation from tier 3 college, so iske liye vishakhapatnam bhi bahut hai. waise he’s doing a good work. we should appreciate genuine content creator, who busts myths.
ha bhai aap divyakirti ka example de rahe ho jo lakho students ko dream bechta h upsc ki sirf 800 vacancies k liye lakho stidents ko enroll krna aur unko ye dream dikhana ki tu IAS banega ek din even if corporate is challenging and ruthless, still way better than this gamble of preparing for govt exams wasting your youth for just a exam. aur har baat me ye IAS/IPS ka example dena govt job fanatics ki aadat h koi kaam kare ya na kare govt me hike toh 3% h na ab app kahoge ki respect hoti h usme, woh bhi rural areas me hoti h, cities me koi nahi puchta in logo ko next 2 decades, pvt sector will grow rapidly and after 10 years or so, people will stop celebrating IAS/IPS selection as they will come to know its just a job. India is a poor country that's why its obsessed with govt posts any developed country citizens don't run after govt jobs, they do entrepreneurship, STEM (science, tech , engg, maths) jobs har video me govt sector ko acha dikhana aur corporates ko slave batana band kariye pls.
@sr7stylo752 ye lo ek aur motivated c#utia. Ha bhai karo prepare upsc k liye rajender nagar me 10 by 10 ka ek kamre. aur jab ho jaye toh mujhe batana. khair tera kabhi hoga bhi nhi aur tere jaise lakho berozgar hi rahenge
Jal kyu raha hai bhai, ha corporate wala log majdur hote hai, underpaid bhi hai, hazaro youtuber mil jayenge jo bolenge sarkari naukri bekar hai, lekin nahi, I'm a government group a officer and a real estate businessman, I have a plenty of time to build my business other than my job and being a high ranking officer I awarded so many allowances including a handsome salary, corporate guy don't have that type of luxury.
Your video is Very Good about the Bandhua Mazdoori cultural. I left the job due to this bulshit culture of MNCs and started my own Software Cunsultancy Firm. Do you know one of the pathetic and wrotten word for this culture is " Family.. " they are never. If you better in licking shoes 👞 and chugalkhor... You will be promoted and increments will be done. One of the ioronical moment comes when your company celebrities your birthday and HR only looks working on Dewaili... and keep her busy making Rangolis.
bhai meri priority trichy vs raiour me foreign exchange hai, aapka bhai gaya tha usme raipur se right, so kya aap bata sakte hai out of 300 batch size approx kitne log apply karte hai iske liye aur kitne select hote hai? iim raipur ne apne channel me to 30 gye last batch me bataya hai so isme bhi cutt throat competition hai kya?
Hi Abhishek, 💯 Agree on each and every statement. Just want to share one thing here out of my personal feeling and experience that, the foremost huddle coming on the way of starting any business be it an innovative business solution or a small thela on road side is the fear of getting judged by people around you and also by the people who don't even know you, who don't care about you (is not it really funny), I think the most difficult part of doing a business is opening/kick starting the business. I am a commerce graduate and doing a graduate level job in a company. But constantly Planning rather says confused between two parts i.e., giving CAT/other exams to go to top B School for MBA or opening an own food stall/store since I make good food!
@@Sanket-v1y I would say do an mba first if you get a good college. Business you can do later as well. If it doesn’t work you will have a safety cushion of applying to jobs
Don't opt for MNC if you are not getting the opportunities ,go for small companies/start ups , gain experience ,in long run only experience counts ,I m working in Oracle today with 58 percent in 12th ,keep ur head up
Bhai corporate job is very hectic mostly coding jobs are hectic... Most of the employees quit corporate just b after 40-45 age... Don't think job till 60😂😂
I am not looking for MNC job Start-up join karni he ab.. New way se because mene pichle field chod di he Linux and application support ko bye bye New start karna he ab to Salesforce me..... Kyoki pehle technology me opportunity Mila nhi isliye waha rukne ka koi matlab nhi tha isliye update Krna hi best smjha..
