This video is about upgrading the head unit or infotainment system (car stereo and navigation system) in your Toyota Land Cruiser Prado 120 series or Lexus GX 470. In this video I show some steps of the installation and give you a demo of how it works. I will also talk about the pros and cons of using the system, since it works with the existing display. Upgrading your car stereo is a process with many options. I hope this video makes that a little easier.

Great video, thank you Tom! Just to let you know you can calibrate the touchscreen in your VLine setup. Simply, once in VLine UI screen (main screen), tap on three horizontal lines in the upper left corner. There you can tap down to the "Touchscreen Calibration" section and calibrate your screen.

Great review! I think it’s the only complete one for this product for the prado. I pondered between buying this and a media bluetooth box and went with that. I can still use the steering wheel commands including change track. I use my phone for navigation. Great to see this product working for you tho! Cheers from Romania!

Thanks man! Yes the bluetooth box alternative is a very viable option if you don't mind navigating on your phone, glad you found yourself a nice upgrade too. I should visit Romania one day. Maybe next summer? Greetings from Sweden!

If you find yourself in warmer climates, don't count on the Velcro glue holding it in place, you can imagine how I know! 😁 Currently looking for a different solution myself.

Haha good point! There's always the 3M VHB double sided tape that holds the bracket in place as a fall-back. Not sure how that will fare in hot Greek summers either, but on paper it should hold. Look into 3M VHB.

Nice work! ... and if you are a youtube watcher its a plus!👍🏻💯 other systems like Beat-Sonic [J150 | 2010-2013 models] you cannot play youtube videos... I personally looking forward to get my VLINE2 installed on my 2011 GX460.
