I have several hub extensions and I can't remember if I tried them or not on this. I don't think I did because it probably would of cleared. But maybe not at full lock. And I'm sure the 4s line is compatible, they all seem to not stray to far from the other.

If you're looking to get the mega but brushless I would just go Vendetta and add the infraction body. I may have misunderstood your comment though.

@@SketchRC- no problem i got it all together, needed to get some big rock wheel driveshafts aswell so they would reach and spin the wheels but this is bad ass!

I tried 10mm extensions off camera with 17mm hex tires and would still rub bad when turning. I have no extensions for 14mm hex's to give you an exact answer but I don't believe you could avoid trimming unless you never turned.

@@SketchRC- yeah the fronts will always be an issue and to big a hex extension and your just snapping out drives ruining turning circle etc maybe using the Typhon Aarm set up would do 🤔 interesting project I like your thinking 😎

Thanks for watching Roger! So I already owned a Big rock and I used it's suspension ( shocks, A-arms, driveshafts, hubs, steering links, tires) and swapped it for direct replacement on the infraction mega. Then of course had to trim the body for clearances. If already not owning a big rock not sure if it would be the cheapest option to buy all the components. As for 14mm hub extensions, I don't know of any. There are however 17mm extensions that still work on all arrma 3s trucks (I've used in past videos). But doesn't give many tire options for that scale. Hope this helps, and of I didn't cover something I'd be happy to answer any questions you have. Thanks!

@@SketchRC- Thanks for the reply! We’ll, 14-17mm adapters? The goal is to try and find minimal offset on the wheel/ chassis side then I might be able to get 4.5 of tires on the Infraction Mega. If I can do that I don’t need to change out the suspension, even removing or dumping the front bumper. Have to done an upgrade to a Granite Voltage yet?

Ps. Love your place. I had a friend that owned a home near Skyline Dr, Front Royal area. I am hoping to bail the beach for the foot hills soon

@@rogerrigg7520 Awesome! No I haven't, don't own a voltage yet. Been thinking about one just to see how they are with that price point. Upgraded my granite 3s. Still haven't edited the video on that one. I'm currently selling my house and moving to a different state, new job....wasn't really expected so the channel is on hold at the moment and can't wait to see where I settle down and start things back up. Unfortunate timing, but that's life. Just have to make the best of everything.
