Here's an old ad I directed back in 1999. For this one I also made and animated the little guy, along with making an oversized cooked chicken... as you do.
@@gnawman62 oh yes definitely tears of joy at the memories, i hadnt seen this ad on tv in nearly 20 years since i was a kid, We need to get this little guy back onto the Ingham packaging for old times sake,
Something about late 90s - early 2000s kids food, toy commercials always had like these stop motion animations with silly sound effects with weird voice actors it’s like the creators were on acid when coming up with these commercials hahahaah. But I miss these commercials
For some reason I've been thinking about this ad all day. Couldn't remember what it was for or what company. All I remember was the line "It wasn't me mum it was the cat". Luckily this video was the first thing that popped up on a Google search..
That's an odd thing to be thinking about... says the guy who made the ad and often has similar thoughts. I'm glad you found it. The cat still makes me chuckle. :)
@@obscuredsatellitesinflight6034 20 years?! Wow! Where does the time go? I'm glad it made an impression. It was a fun one to do. Would you believe I still have that giant roast chicken? (The 'hero' munchie had to be much larger than the real product, which would have been far too small to animate, so of course I had to make an oversized roast chicken to match.)
@@gnawman62 Just had a look through your channel and was flooded with memories of these ads. Bushells tea, Kraft peanut butter and of course the finest ad for chocolate biscuits known to humanity, the fried grasshopper wagon wheels. Great stuff mate :)
Sorry? What animal abuse are you referring to? The cat? All the cat did is exactly what you see, without any prodding other than calling its name. That's it. Why would you think there was any animal abuse involved?!
