I'm just getting started but I have found that you can get many of the ingredients on EBT benefits, coconut oil, avocado oil, grapeseed oil, sunflower oil, poppy seeds, sugar, xanthan gum, Himalayan salt, food grade dyes , rose water, aloe vera juice, distilled water, baking soda, corn starch (alternative for arrowroot powder) and much more. Hope this helps someone just getting started.

For anyone that can't find distilled water, you can boil water and collect the steam. That steam is the distilled water. If you have ever made rose water, then you make distilled water the same way.

It's definitely best to buy lab produced distilled water to make sure there's no chance of contamination. I also feel like you shouldn't be making your own rose distillate either

I'm glad you enjoyed the video :) Here is a list of the products I talked about in the video and if they are natural or ecocert(organic) Extracts, proteins, butters and oils are. crothix is not xanthan gum is BTMS 50 & ICE hair restore are not Ritamulse SCG/ ecomulse is emulsifying wax is not polysorbate 80 is not polysuga mulse D9 is cetyl and ceteryl alcohol are coco glucoside and decyl glucoside are cocamidopropyl betaine is not sure about AOS 40 liquid germall plus and optiphen are not, but ecocert approved preservatives are difficult to work with and aren't recommended for beginners. glycerin is sepimax zen is not hyaluronic acid is hydrosols ars arrowroot powder is

If you don’t have access to distilled water, you can do it at home with a pot, a bowl and ice. Look up home distilled water diy.
