*kinda triggered* MF* Ghost. And according to my theory (or however you want to call it (bullshit for example)), Bunta was that rally racer and is Shinjis father. Since Takumi doesn't have a mother and Shinning doesn't have a father. Bunta also knows a lot about rallying (or at least the basics, because he knew about the gutter run before Takumi and explained him about the two kinds of the gutter run), and he set up the transmission on the AE86 to have short gears, or rally trainees (which are suspension parts as much as I know). Ryosuke presented us that when Takumi and Keisuke were racing. And Shinjis dad was driving an AE86 also. Subaru is also a good rally car and Bunta seems adapted to the AWD system, which is again used in rally racing. And he knows Keichi Tsuchya (I forgot his name pls don't kill me). So according to my theory Bunta went pro decided to quit. Why? We don't know. If there's something wrong that I have in my theory feel free to correct me. *Now the actual comment* Yeah, would've been better if he did a prequel to Initial D rather than MF Ghost

Y'know, it'd also be cool if we got more story for Nakazato. Man got completely thrown to the sideline after First Stage. Maybe him going back to his S13, or maybe finding that Silver/White GT-R that made him change and beating it. Idk man, there's too many characters that could've had more story.
