Hey tlc. A friend of mine from china sent me a tlc smart tv. But to set it up is becoming problematic but since it’s a gift from my friend I rather not bother him. When I turned it one i put the language to English. When I clicked next it told me to connect to my Wi-Fi which I did. Then the next step it showed me a something about a verification code which I wasn’t familiar with. I clicked on it and it’s asking for a number to be able to get my verification code but what number to I type? I decided to scan the QR code on the tv but the site it took me too was written in only Chinese so I couldn’t get any info on it. Please what do I do?

Hi, i bought a tv last week and im trying to install it but i keep bumping into a huge issue. The tv asks me to connect the remote to it but if i follow the steps it shows, nothing happens. I can only go back. The picture of the remote on de the screen is a different remote than i got, i think i might have gotten a wrong one. I got a thinner and longer one than showed in the video.

Same here. After selecting English as my language, and entering my Wi Fi password it switched to another language, which I can't recognise, and now I can''t access anything, I tried switching it off and starting again, and nothing. I notice TCL haven't responded to you!
