That advertised 22.5W is only for Huawei phones whose special protocol outputs 5V at 4.5A. Power delivery for every other device does 20W max. The Anker does 25W through PD and 22.5W through the Huawei protocol, 18W through QC3 and supports Samsung Super Fast Charging.
yeah. I updated the description while this was uploading, that the USB C port is only for 20 watts. Good to know about the Huawei!! I saw 5v 4.5a and was curious!! I've never seen that before.
Yes very helpful, so I have anker 20pd 20k charger and the 10k 18pd charger... I just got the iniu 20k and Samsung user of s21 5g, I must say the iniu has beat the anker... unfortunately I just ordered the 10k one and now not so happy with the charge Rate lol... but I'm never in a big rush to charge plus I like the %% display
I could not figure out the phone stand before this video :D as the manual said phone holder. Interestingly enough several testers have gotten faster speeds food from USB A number 2 than number 1
Josh, good video, was curious about this one. Think your right the INIU is ok for iPhone, I have the Anker 10k duo, I spent 39 on it, like it better, think it’s a better choice for both iPhone and Samsung, thanks
Unless your phone uses a very specific protocol (like huwaei phones), the max your phone gets is 20 watts. So iPhone can charge 20 watts max. At least every single test in this video proved that, even though I was saying it wrong. I was even like “9 volts at 2.22 amps? That’s 20 watts max”. So basically there is a five watt difference between these chargers for almost all devices except Samsung and huawei.
Hey, thanks for a great video. Mine came with no instructions. The ‘paw’ lights up when charging via USBC BUT DOESNT DO ANYTHING when I use the 2 outputs to charge my modest devices. There is a little power button on the side, what am I missing pls? 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Your using the older version that I got rid of. It's a super generic battery bank. No frills. Charges slow and outputs slow. I just did a video on a much better charger. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-jfVU2f37H9A.htmlsi=YFdOKquUnxF8laNQ
Of course!!! The Iniu makes Apple devices kinda weird. It says “please unlock to use accessory”. I honestly gave away the iniu today to a family member. It’s a cheap device and you get what you pay for. It’s not bad. But it’s not good. It’s just okay. Check out my brand new video on the Nano 30W with built in usb c cable. It’s the best 10k portable battery out right now. I just posted it yesterday.
Great Video!!! I have a comment: i saw you used type A with INUI vs type C charger with ANKER. Any particular reason? Do you think using the Type A might affect the power the Samsung phone is receiving?? Anyway, great video!!! For the $$$ I am purchasing an inui just as a backup, thanks my friend! Keeep the good work.
@@vramleal I literally used both cables. This charger isn't capable of super fast charging. Only Huawei devices can utilize 22.5w which is considered super fast. Samsung is limited to 15 watts with this charger. Most devices will be able to charge at 20 watts. Iphone, Google pixel, and such. If you have Samsung and want more than 15 watts, get Anker.
@@vramleal yup, just rewatched it. Go to 6:36 in this video. Type c to type c. later in the video, then I try usb a to c. I'm confused how you thought I only used one cable type. Just go six minutes in and you'll see.
You are right, I apologize. I got confused too since at minute 9:00 you plug in the type a charger for data. I am watching all your videos, they go above and beyond, Great content! Keep up the good work!
@wwjoshdew i have a samsung S22 ultra and want to purchase a good power bank, superfast charging is my #1, then probably size along with capacity. Not sure which Anker product i am purchasing, but seems like great product. I saw some powercore, that are 2-in-1, wall charger that converts into a powerbank, which to me is amazing, leaning that way. But this inui product is great value at 20~ bucs
Im not tech savy, I want a battery for backpacking to listen to music. I usually recharge when I go to sleep or backpack. Music is for after setting up camp.
7800 mah at 4.7 volts. As it says 37wh. The 10000 mah is kind of manipulative because it's a measurement based off 3.7 volts instead many power banks do this even Anker I know the Anker slim 10000 mah 521 or something even says the actual capacity on the back in another language right under 10000mah Wh is a better measurement it doesn't change based on the voltage
I got an INIU 20000 power bank, who cares how fast you phone charges just as long it charging my phone during power outage, hell at 5% battery charge can get you 25 to 30 minutes talk time on your in a emergency.
I am really annoyed by this explanation. You do nothing to explain what cable I need to buy how they differ from the regular charging cord for my iPhone. Grandparents who don’t understand a lot of these things need advice too!
