Review the injection molding process and understand flow behavior of thermoplastics in injection molds, both of which are critical for proper use of Autodesk Simulation Moldflow.
Really appreciate this, worked as a resin handler for a few years, then mold setter for a few, now doing all three, this will help a lot learning the process side. Thanks a lot!
I've doing injection molding for 24 years and your videos are spot on 🤘👍but.....remember...fill cavities at 85 to 88%... injection speed may vary as opsted to over molding a insert with inadequate venting at en of fill. I argue with my tooling shop all the time. Vent...vent...vent. PP At .50 injection spd
Thank you. It is very interesting and helpful video. I need to know also how could I re install a program of the injection machine if it is crashed or failed down ???
Hope u have a back up disk or other storage device with the program. The problem most machines have is half or the memory will be the program files for the machine 0 locations and such for the machine to know how to move and such. The other half is a rewritable memory that has the part data. With a sudden drop in power this memory maybe lost. So sadly if it's gone it's gone
