You spoke facts in this video. Canada is clearly the best national team in CONCACAF right now. If we beat yall tomorrow we’ll be a very clear second but we gotta beat the maple syrup merchants
@@jacobhughes5054 Canada ain’t shit bro. Kings of the friendlies and participation trophies i guess. Enjoy their top spot in wcq I guess. How’d that wc they qualed first for go? Or 0/3 0 points. Yeah they ain’t kings of shit. No confederation trophies… as bad as concacaf is they still can’t win any and we do so idgaf about a friendly under an interim coach and a pool play tourney where we also qualled.
Tac making videos in the middle of a hurricane, with a small powerbank and using Elon's starlink while streaming. That's the type of commitment we need from our boyz with the USMNT shirt
@@InternationalScoop they're one of the rare football channels that follows asian football, so they get my views for that lol. and it helps that they are funny.
This is for sure a C team.. no dest, no gio, no weah, no pepi, no tyler Adams, no pulisic, no cris richards no balogun and possibly no Mckinnie.... sargent is our best forward this match... to have a win against mexico with this C team at home would be poasibly one of the biggest wins we have had recently..
It’s CRAZY that Cholis (a ESPN Deportes Mexican Media) keep saying that Javier Aguirre is BETTER than Pochettino… he’s just angry that we have a better coach then theirs. That’s just my OPINION tho.😂😂😂
Yeah ESPN Deported is weird sometimes(Mexican sports shows in general Tbf). Example : They call PSV "El PSV del Chucky Lozano" despite the fact that Chucky isn't even a locked in starter at PSV and is far from being the star of the team.
I dont get futbol picante saying el Vasco is better than Pooch 😂 They lose so much credibility with their ignorance and speaking with their heart when assessing clubs
If Poch does win this game, with what's really a B team, he's instantly got hero status, honestly though I can see this ending 1-1 after a quite chippy game
This is for sure a C team.. no dest, no gio, no weah, no pepi, no tyler Adams, no pulisic, no cris richards no balogun and possibly no Mckinnie and sargent is out best forward this match... A B team would atleast consist of atleast 3 of our starters.. this is a C team...
I’m also excited for the Poch era but considering that it’s only his second game in a friendly against a poverty Mexico side, I wouldn’t go as far as giving him hero status lol
@ethanstorms4826 I agree with you, and it is a generationally bad Mexico side, but if he does it in Mexico with what's effectively a B team, I think some people would give him hero status
Jack always gives a terrific & very fair & balanced analysis, without an arrogant entitled bias. It is so funny to see that Tact can't admit that Canada has been better than the U.S. over the past 3 year period; but Jack has the clarity to see that rivalry for what it is. Tact gave the lamest laughable excuse ever for not saying that Canada is the best rival for the U.S., as he said it's because Canada has an American coach. Seriously??? Canada dominated CONCACAF in the 2021/2022 'Qualifiers' without an American coach; but Tact wouldn't admit it then either. Is the U.S. not a legitimate rival for Mexico or Canada, because they had to go out & got a coach from Argentina because their American coach (Berhalter) failed? Sorry Tact; but that argument makes absolutely no sense!!! The U.S. rarely plays on the road and they are not used to playing under adversity, so we could possibly see an upset win for Mexico, for that reason alone.
How can u say canada has been better? They’ve only won one game against the US in recent history and it was a US without a manager and it was a friendly
@@InternationalScoop , did you not watch the Qualifiers? Canada beat the U.S. 2-0 in Canada in 2022. Canada finished the CONCACAF qualifiers #1. The U.S. tied 4th place Costa Rica for points. Canada just recently dominated the U.S. in their 2-1 win, in which most American analysts said that Canada should have won by 3 or 4 goals.
The A+ team is crazy without Lozano, Chavez, Giemenz, Antuna, Qiuones, Sanchez, Artega, Gallardo, Cortizo, Flores, Garcia, Montano, Beltran, Carrilo, Pena, and Guzman😂😂
There have been legendary matches at the Guadalajara stadium, it is an important stage in the history of football. The Mexicans will have the history in mind when they'll play. I hope Pochettino will puts the history in the heads of the players. He need to explain to them that even if it is a friendly match it is a chance and an honor to play in this stadium and that they must rise to the occasion. It's entirely possible that none of the USMNT's players will ever play in this stadium again. It was in this stadium that in 1970 Pelé's Brazil won all its matches (except the final at the Azteca Stadium). In 1986 the most beautiful match of the world took place in this stadium with France Vs Brazil.
@@Tpnathan38 It's really not certain. Playing in the Jalisco Stadium with their fans is something that can transcend the Mexican players and tetanize the Americans. Even the Brazil of 2000's with Ronaldo Nazário, Ronaldinho, Romário, Rivaldo, Juninho, Roberto Carlos... ldidn't win in this stadium against Mexico and draw 3-3. --- Normally it should be 1-1. But Mexico can definitely win 5-0. Or vice versa if the Americans are well prepared mentally it can be their reference match where they finally overcome their mental block and establish themselves as a great football team. It's a very special place. It can be a crazy match. It can create stars or morally break players who will understand that they will never have the mentality for the very high international level.
Jack does realize we smoked Canada when it actually mattered right. Bros down so bad he’s banking on another teams friendlies results to try to compete with the us…
@@SantanaI-g4e he’s out here saying we got worked in a friendly in September and going back to wcq to find games to try and find games to dog us. A friendly… and a pool play where we advanced anyway and had the best performance at the tourney we quelled for out of the concacaf teams. So idk what his point is. Stay down lil bro
@@loganmapes2307 your saying abunch of nonsense buddy acting all bad and stuff Ik ur in ur basement being a keyboard warrior eating Doritos u just love drama keeping replying to me and stuff and not letting it go😂
2:13 I was about to say “someone needs to fix the resolution because the Mexico flag is wrong“ but it’s my eyes. I’m one of those people, where I thought they accidentally put red on the left side and green on the right side. Yes, I’ve had an actual eye doctor tell me, it’s an inherited trait and more common in guys LoL.
I actually think Jack is onto something about a brewing USMNT-Canada rivalry. For the here and now Mexico just doesn't have the player pool/infrastructure to compete w/ the US. Depth wise Canada probably is also lacking but Larin/Eustáquio/David/Davies etc. should help keep Canada relevant for at least the next 3 years. And while Marsch is a US coach he knows the USMNT player pool fairly well.
I think part of a "rivalry" is at least a somewhat even competition level. It's not fun if one side dominates. It becomes purely cultural, not competitive. There's a reason China vs Japan isn't one of the biggest football derbys in the world - because China sucks and Japan is elite. Mexico vs the USA is trending in that direction.
Canada - US are not a rivalry because the coach is American? But if US hired a Mexican coach US - Mexico would still be a rivalry? That's a weird statement. Skill for skill, Canada - US are obviously a CONCACAF rivalry.
people have to care for it to be a rivalry. No one in Canada cares about soccer and only a few do in the US. Plus Canada was trash until a few ago so you could say the matches are now competitive but not a rivalry. I promise you no in the US considers Canada a rival.
I feel with the amount of players we have injured and who poch sent back to their club, id be happy with a tie. I feel like Mexico's quality is very poor lately and our B/C team should be even with them, it'll be a wash of who gets lucky or a draw.
I think it is good that he sent players home for whatever reasons. This away game is going to introduce new players to a hostile atmosphere. It also is a time for players to step up or get out. I.e.- Josh Sargent...shit or get off the pot. We should call in 3 keepers Diego, Gaga, & Steffen for now. Distribution is horrible. That has to change. Poch looks like he has them going in the correct direction. Frustrating when the players don't move foward & pass foward quickly.
Nervous about this game as we have a depleted squad playing in Mexico. Also Javier Aquirre is going to have his team playing hard and dirty. It's a must win for Mexico even though it is a friendly to save Javier's butt. I am concerned about how our team handles that and concerned for possible injuries.
I would go 442 w a diamond midfield Wright Sargent Tillman Busio Morris Tessmann Robinson Ream McKenzie Scally Turner Subs regardless of performance: Lund for Robinson Trusty for Ream Aaronson for Tillman Musah for either 8 Vazquez for Sargent
Tell me, is the goal to win this meaningless friendly or for Poch to evaluate a deeper pool of young players in real game situation? I would argue the latter, but we'll see. Replace Turner with Schulte, Ream with Trusty. And don't play A Rob beyond 45 min (Poch already knows what he can do and he's overworked). Lastly give Vasquez and Zendejas a longer look and shout out for choosing USA over MX. Who knows, maybe they'll rise up.
Welcome Jack ! I love to watch your channel along with Ginger boy . You guys are entertaining, but I mostly go there to make fan of the depressing Mexican national team 😢 sorry team you support. It is all good just good all fan .
As a Mexican American I would say a win for mexico would be a win of any kind or even a 0-0 draw would still kinda of a win I would say a win for USA would be a clean sheet and at least up 2 goals victory anything less that would be a loss for usa Even the usmnt b team is better then the Mexican selección first team
This is USAs C team not B.. vs mexicos A team or B+ if you want.. they are playing in mexican soil and have only won 1 time.. all the odds are against usa.. weaker team, new coach thats not used to the team yet, playing in the opponents home wich they only won once.. a draw would be a win for usa.. and disastrous for mexico.. mexico are the favorites to win.. they have all the advantages to win literally.. js
@@AlfonsoDermetris nah I wouldn't say a draw is win for usmnt because mexico hasn't defeated for 4 years already Its safe to say for the usmnt isn't an accomplishment for them to defeat the Mexican national team there weaker is still full of players that play in Europe with a more accomplished coach vs the liga mx all stars
@BobbyGilfinn you're right that mexico hasnt beat usa in 4 years... but they were all in america.. usa has only beaten mexico 1 time out of like 20+ games in mexico for over 20 years.. that plus we are playing a C team.. and yes some play in europe but at lower leagues.. robinson will be our best player out there.. and hes usually our 7 or 8th best with our A team.. even the betting makers have mexico as favorite.. they know the realistic expectation for this game.. im being optimistic like tac and saying we will atleast tie against mexico.. but to say a tie wouldn't be devastating for mexico after already having a tie at the worst club in la liga is crazy.. a tie with mexico wouldn't be upseting for americans unless we had our A team...
@@AlfonsoDermetris alright man well see but trust me man even players from English 3rd division are better then most Liga MX players but I'll be hopeful too that mexico can make a result but I'm doubtful knowing the Mexican national team there not going to start all there best possible starting 11
Probably fat and lazy, the usual.. he didn’t have to worry before cuz he was the starter no matter what but I’m sure Poch sees through his blubber now and ain’t having it.
Canada-USMNT became a rivalry only because GGG was the USMNT manager and was so predictable and rigid and so poor at getting his players to function in his idiotic System® - the USMNT has overall a much better and deeper player pool and shouldn't be losing to Canada.
I agree with Jack, that USA v CAN is a rivalry. Until Mexico comes back around and starts putting better quality on the pitch. Canada has played better and I feel they currently are the NA country that can compete with the US for a real rivalry match!
@@59_xgx Maybe not 3-0. But I can see a 2-0 win for Mexico. I expect a rough, physical, and compact Mexico that will make it hard for the United States. On the counter attack, they can hurt the US as well. If the Mexican players can adjust well to this idea then they could take the win.
