I actually found that about jump 3 myself. Very cool. I knew you could cancel for mindgame mixups but Im glad you put it out there to show people how to ACTUALLY play him
raptor I love you man i hope what I said didn't show I don't love your videos. just sharing my thoughts so far base on the character design. You did an amazing job to get what you can out of this character
Not only is float very reactable but jump 3 after float usually whiffs on ducking opponents unless you delay it quite a bit, sure you can catch people sleeping with this but most the time your gonna get full combo punished.
It works midscreen as well but the opponent also has the option to backdash. For midscreen you have to do b2 foward float so that you can combo into j2 air rockets.
Raptor can you make a vid on mid screen connecting b2 into trait 2 into rocket? I've been having a problem with the timing and most of the time it doesn't combo
AVDAMAN oh ofc you can condition your opponent with really anything. I'm just saying if you try this on someone like flash with a really good d2 and he stuffs you the first couple of times, how many times are you really gonna be trying to go for this? But if you do pull if off and they don't stuff it then yes I can see this working. But your timing has to be on point or else it'll be even easier to stuff. I will say the walk back whiff punish looks pretty solid tho. The empty flight cancels into a grab looks like a bit of a stretch tho imo
Last Bourne King is right.I have been practicing this.if they read the float u get d2'd hard.I habent found that space were its very safe.its alot like beetles cancels
What pressure? He has no real overhead pressure.. And his rockets is trash.. I can dock his rockets... Wtf is that..they should be mid or overhead rockets that are high is just bad design....he looks cool and has little damage..sigh I just don't know. He is not what we excepted of him
DeathdiKid KLAS what you expected of him*. Speak for yourself this character is great. It just means you actually have to be good to use him. No cheap easy shit to abuse
