Nice to see some character diversity. Bad match for Bane as Cheetah is multiple hitting so nothing but armour breaks, he shouldve air grabbed her jump more tho
lol 4 years ago but it’s not as easy as it seems when you’re in a very stressful environment(aka the stage infront of i guess a hundred people)it can be hard to do all the anti airs
How is this a bad match up for Bane? So is bane bottom tier and just bad match up to everyone? Because from what I hear Bane loses to zoning and now will also lose to offensive characters like cheetah? So who does he have a favorable match up? Robin and Swamp Thing? lol
Bane is less effective here because cheetah has a lot of moves that easily break armor hitting twice quickly, like her forward 3 which hits twice and is hard to deal with
Dude bane and cheetah are like both offensive characters except that cheetah is way fucking faster and her fast strings could break bane's armor and cheetah has that fast full screen jump that gets her out of bad situations and her back 3 is way better than bane's
Well bane jus happens to be a grappler in a game full of people with special jumps and zoning tools. The reason why Bane is considered bottom tier is because all of his tools that make him an effective grappler are just bad or done better by other characters. Bane is slow, most characters beat him in terms of frame data. His tool to get in (BF1) kinda sucks because it has a crazy long startup. His trait is super high risk, and doesn't really have much of a reward (ik he does big boi damage). While bane can completely delete healthbars, his tools to actually be able to delete them aren't the best.
