im brand to fighting games and love scarecrow. idk if you can consider him easy or not but he's a damn blast to play. also been playing bane. thanks for the tips my dude
I'd say its quite fair. Both characters want to be at a range to bully with their normals where other characters have to take risks to get in, and both don't handle pressure very well.
do you use a pad or a stick? I've been experimenting with both and I know a lot of NRS players use pads. I'm asking because I'm having trouble landing command grabs on pad, but can do it fine on stick. But I feel like with most characters I'm better off on pad
I use both depending on the game but for nrs games I play on pad yeah. you are not wrong when you say the command throw cam be trickier on pad but you just gotta learn the flow. outside of that annoyance pad is generally superior for nrs games.
I'm new to fighting games but does anyone else have trouble performing the special moves? It always just does different things. does this just come with time?
it does come with time. No genre of video game more than fighting games does the old saying of "practice makes perfect" apply. That said for injustice 2 I would suggest maybe going into options and playing around with the controls as there is 2 methods of control. The NRS style where a move that says down+forward + button is exactly that, or the street fighter style where you would roll your thumb to do the move. Also TURN OFF RELEASE CHECK just trust me on that, it will make your life easier.
