Inkbound is a fluid turn-based roguelike that brings the best aspects of Shiny Shoe’s award-winning title, Monster Train, to an online world where the whimsical and dangerous magic of the written word comes to life.
Outside of combat, players move freely like an action game. Within the unique turn-based combat system players move freely, act simultaneously in multiplayer, and can rapidly utilize abilities. Go fast when the decisions are easy, go slow when the threat amps up and you need to strategize more deeply. It’s the best of both worlds.
The magical Atheneum contains all stories ever written. Each book becomes a portal to another world where you will face unique threats. Inkbound’s universe will continue to expand over time with new books, characters to meet, and challenges to overcome.
Explore a varied set of character classes while adapting your strategy during runs to craft powerful builds. With draftable abilities, ability upgrades, and hundreds of items to find there are many possible ways to play.
The Atheneum acts as a social hub where players can meet with friends and strangers to party up into groups of up to four. Take on challenges as a team and strategize together to determine the most synergistic builds.

Sub views on a variety channel will never hit full viewship on every video, I'm completely fine with that. I still average 10mil+ a month

I intended having this up on one screen while I play something on my second. Ended up dialed in during the whole video lol. Inkbound DEFINITELY looks like my kind of game. I'll be on the lookout for this for sure! Looking forward to seeing you stream this one.

The concept is simple but it's one of the most refreshing indies I've played in a long time. Once you start finding the big combos it gets out of control. I actually finished this run after recording and by the end of it my shuriken flurry would crit with 250% extra critical damage. Took out 1/2 the final bosses health in 1 turn 😂

Two tips I've picked up along the way: - For the most part (you'll have to learn the exceptions by playing), weak enemies do direct damage every turn, normal enemies alternate between AoE and direct attacks and strong enemies have weirder patterns. My advice is for the normal enemies: Don't obsess with killing them all the way in their AoE turn, if you get them to about half and spend the rest of the turn picking off weak enemies, when they do direct attacks next turn they'll be easy to finish off. Of course, adapt your strategy according to what you are facing, but this general rule of thumb makes many fights easier for me. - Second one is situational, but if you are about to pick up a Power Orb, you can activate a binding, move to the edge of your small circle, deactivate the binding, pick up the orb and activate the binding again, and your movement circle will have recentered, allowing you to cover a little more ground for free. Again, situational, but if you're always pixel hunting for the perfect position to attack from, it can be useful to know. Very good guide btw, I think you covered all the basics in a concise and straight forward fashion.

For new players, for the first run, quickly finish it up without bothering to reach the end because alot of quests are locked until after the first run. I somehow beat a villain on my first run but every quests/aspect or whatever doesnt get registered for it so i have to beat that villain again which i have yet to do.

HELP PLEASE!!!! NIOH 2 Final dlc, return of respite I can't find 2nd secret and you didn't find it either. You can hear a noise on very left of map where 1st brush is located but I cannot find how to get it!!!!!!!!! Niether of us did. thanks

So every character starts with 3 skills, and the pool of bindings that we find throughout our run is the same between all characters, or every single one have different ?

There's a pool of roughly 10 bindings or so that are shared between the five characters that you can pick up at the start of a run, but each character's starting three bindings are unique to them

Are status ailments still busted? Like get up to 9000 stacks of bleed 🩸

You can, but the downside of course is that you need to mitigate or take damage for the turn before those proc. I had one match where I was dealing out about a thousand damage poison per turn on every enemy but I couldn't stay alive because I didn't have enough mitigation to survive the turn end
