Thanks, Cool video. Zoom your browser out as far as you can, when you are satisfied with your setting. Then can get images with a lot more details in a wider area.

Arghhhh, every time I do difference the circle cut out disappears! What am I doing wrong? I love the video though, so easy to follow!

When I go to Path > Difference it only leaves me with everything around the circle.. and not the circle...

Hi I’m new to Inkscape. I’ve selected the circle tool but it’s a red colour. How do I get it so that it’s just an outline like yours?

I've been able to do nearly all of this BUT when I go to actually engrave, it wants to engrave everything except the roads/water. How do I inverse that? Is it a step I missed early on in the video?(Ive watched it several times and done it several times and always the same issue). Thank you very much!

what format do you save this in. I saved as a plain svg and when i open in lightburn pulls in as an image and it wants to engrave the land not the roads. how do you pull this in as a vector

hello, im having a problem when i do the trace, the shape of the lines is very different the, sqares seems to look kind of rounded , any help, what im doing wrong?
