Bullshit!!!! My son was just in there for driving with suspended license 2 days before Christmas. And was attacked for no reason. I called them and they said the attacker and my son were separate and they are investigating. 1 hour later my son said the attacker was right back in the same pod.! The very next day he attacked another man! My son told me this man was doing this because he was told by guards the only way to get out of that pod was to fight! That’s horrible! Nothing was done!!!! I’m not leaving this issue alone ! I will keep on their ass! Nobody for a simple charge should have to deal with this! And possibly lose their life. I’m angry this even happened to this young man. 😢
Driving with a suspended license? Public transit is real! Simple agreements we have with society that your son decided did not apply to him and it appears you enabled. There is a cost associated with actions.

80% of people in county jails are there do to unpaid traffic tickets, trespassing, and possession of marijuana. It's pointless incarceration that leads to overcrowding not violent criminal acts. Most violent criminals never get caught.
WOW! There was another incident on Christmas with this same thing! That family was able to get their member out before he was sta$$ed, but after money was sent twice to save him! They contacted channel 5 News. They were being lied to by the officers on duty and found out later that some officers allow these things to happen with full knowledge, and others say the inmates run the jail and it is short staffed. Too many lives are being affected and some stories never get told! There should be a full investigation of the entire staff and it's Units! How many more people does this have to happen to before someone really does anything about it?

Yea it’s true I did 11 months in there it’s a lot of wicked and evil people in there the guards are in on it and the inmates handle the jail it’s a disgusting how humans treat each others in there
there are plenty of innocent people in jail, police arrest people all the time to cover thier own asses, wake up, it is people like you that are the problem. No one should be trapped in cage with a homicidal maniac, for baggiage removal whatever that is. They house people with traffic infractions along side killers in many of these county jails, there should be some classification to protect non violent offenders from violent offenders, or stop arresting people for bullshit.

They should also check if the victim has some sort of law suit against the cops, because sometimes they are known to look the other way or set people up once they got you behind the walls.
When the former Sheriff was in office there was no Shenanigans like this, citizen of Clayton County need to push for an investigation of the Clayton County Sheriff and the whole department

Lower charge like baggage removal placed on ankle monitors but he was the aggressor and murderer. Then putting all the jail offenders together pretty much mean hurt and violate each other and leave a certain group alone.
