A toothbrush and a metal object were all two inmates from Newport News Jail Annex in Virginia needed to escape the facility, police say. Staff realized John M. Garza and Arley V. Nemo were missing from their cells while doing a routine headcount. Officers were tipped off, and the suspects were found hours later eating at an IHOP. Police say the two suspects carved their way out by exploiting a construction design weakness of the minimum security facility. Inside Edition Digital has more.

There was a convict who escaped, got new name, ssn, etc. Graduated university, became a teacher and lived until 65 before dying of cancer. Only until he was at deaths bed did police finally catch him

Aramark is know for using meat for Zoo animals (Even says not for human consumption on the box) and they feed it to everyone.. I know i used to be a inmate worker for jails and prisons.

Most likely used the tooth brush to dig out the mortar around a brick (Mortar is easy to dig out, You can do it with a fingernail).. Once they got 1 brick loose they got to the rebar which was the actual tool they used to get out.. Funny the news dont give those details.
