Thank you for the video! We've got your feedback. Regarding the packaging, we think the battery pack in the left rear should be relocated to the left front, and the piece of foam you mentioned should be placed in front of the motor wires for protection.
@@2cells1pack can one charger with a capacity of 134v 16 A be used to charge the inmotion v14 or must there be two chargers with a capacity of 134v 8A? I ordered a v14 50s for my first bike and would like to start loading it as quickly and safely as possible. can you recommend how to charge it quickly without damaging the batteries? and can you recommend a good, quiet, small and cheap charger?
@@2cells1pack You are wrong im biased to any company that uses quality components and builds and designs the EUC market correctly i fix for a living please check me at @fixingthingz4u this is the reason i stand by Inmotion is they are doing it right.
Regarding the foam, that battery pack goes on the front and the foam isolates the battery back from the phase cable. You should correct that. The batteries go in a specific order. Also, to change the tire you have to remove all battery packs.
woah! thanks for that information! I wish there was some information provided in the box that would tell us so... how come you need to remove all the battery packs for a tire change?
@@2cells1pack the bolts that connect the stanchions to the motor have to be removed to pull out the motor and those bolts are covered by the battery packs I stand corrected. I see that once you remove the phase cable you have access to those bolts and all the others are accessible.
Yeah, I thought that was blatantly obvious , this dude with the bad lisp is making out he knows what he's doing ! A shop let him assemble this for them Jesus's Christ !
Thanks so much for sharing this. I see the front bumpers are installed against a metal chassis instead of the plastic covers. Well thought. So far the way Inmotion used the plastic parts is very similar to the approach taken for dirt bikes. The boards seem to have been coated with epoxy resin for waterproofing. If fixing the pad's plate with the 3M adhesive on both sides, do you think we could access the motor in case of a tire puncture by removing both left battery packs with their pad's plate all together? It looks like it would take just 4 more screws, but it could prevent from having to add velcro to the inner side of the pad's plate. I wish to have seen the top cover upside down to see the available space. I am planning to add a usb-c port and a gps tracker for security to mine when it arrives. Thanks again, you always provide great content. 😉
I don't have much interest in the wheel itself, but I tune in because I appreciate your straightforward and no-nonsense approach to reviewing EUCs. The pacing of your reviews resonates with me as well. Keep up the good work!
Ugh i want this wheel but it seems in order to keep the weight down, they shaved off structural integrity. Any thoughts on the durability of the rim? Compared to other euc companies?
Brand new is exciting. Some of us are lucky to be in this era of freedom to ride without police worrying about us. I wonder what future generations will have, for sure this technology will persist for a long time given how convenient it is.
Al, you're a racer so is their a case use for racers to have a lighter wheel using less battery power in short races? I think this will be my first wheel.
At first this interested me, but it's not as refined as I expected it to be, it's kinda toyish. The POS s22 must be replaced, but I don't think this is it... perhaps the lynx. After being victim of kingsong ill sit back and wait and see. Oh the porn music is nice btw.
Let hope the hall sensor doesnt go and blow the board! 😢 I think that hall sensor is a planned failure mode. It doesnt seem to go when it is in motion, so doesnt hurt ppl physically... just financially 🤔
Who's going to be the first to modify the V14 with a FastAce suspension to get true dual-suspension? Custom brackets and you'll loose the trolley handle but the performance for those over 230# would be good.
🙌🏻 high five!! First look…I do not like it. Haven’t had a chance to ride it, so not sure how it performs. But….Im not excited to try it at all, kind of don’t want to ride it 😅 (tbh I’m more excited about the Lynx, hopefully I can get to ride one for a bit soon) - Xtine
I saw Marty's video that the pedal assembly is held by ONE screw (i am not talking about the single pedal grub screw) that goes into a hollow tube. IF you lose the pedal at high speed- you die or get seriously injured.
