Just done mine on my red 95 f250 hd. 5.8 4x4 IFS. Didn't have the puller so I made one. Bought a JobSmart 5 Piece Pry Bar Set at Tractor supply. Welded 2 nuts together. Nuts with the same threads as my slide hammer. Slide the nuts over the round end of the round prybar, mark and cut about an 1 1\2'' off the end of the prybar, leaving just enough bar to weld nuts onto the end of the bar. Weld the nuts to prybar. On the other end of the prybar, grind or cut the hammer side of the bar flush, so that the end of the tool will fit thru the center of the seal. Screw this new tool to the end of your slide hammer. My seal popped out no problem. I think key tho, working in a circle pattern while hammering on seal does the trick. Appreciate your video, that's what prompted me to improvise, since I don't have a seal puller. Hopes this helps if anybody else if facing the same scenario. Installing the seal: Apply a very thin layer of anti-seize on lip of seal. I pushed the seal in as best as I could by hand, then used a short 1'' pipe to tap on the seal edges in a circular pattern. Took my time and it seated well.
