I am subbing, involved with an excel ILT program, and trying to learn how to teach while transitioning into menopause. I love teaching, but learning how to be fit and healthy while relearning my body is challenging. I am trying to get my team of health professionals behind me this year. I am also balancing being a mom to two teens being in high school. I am basically using this summer to prepare for physical, mental, environmental, spiritual, and academic battles. Oh, what do you think about pre-planning days off since I have a 23-24 calendar? When I worked in healthcare years ago, I used to plan my vacations not just for holidays. It was great for my mental health. This past year, I let my students know when I was off and sometimes where I was going or doing. Thank u in advance for your response.
