Thanks. Thumbnails.....only to the extent of some tiny ones down the side of the script. I had a really solid brief with he excellent director Jon Yeo, and we talked mainly about intention, tone, build up etc and covered main beats in conversation. We didn't go super detailed about shot choice. Jon and I work together a fair bit and we have similar sensibilities, so there is a good degree of trust there. So I just cracked on with it. There were of course the usual rounds of revisions etc but it was a smooth project. Solid script to start with too. Blender files.....It was one file for the main master draft , then I did copis of scenes for b-roll and revisions that were too much of a pain to do in the main file. Thanks for the questions.

I built everything myself on this one. I have very short BTS coming out but its more to do with the coverage rather than specifics. You can watch my tutorials to see how I approack this stuff in blender.

@@SpitfireStoryboards Did you plot out all of the camera angle keyshots or was that planned under a director?

@@opendstudio7141 there was a director, the fabulous Jon Yeo, we had a solid brief then I set to work feeling my way through it. I was given alot of creative freedom to stage it and shoot it how I wanted. Overall it was a very successful project where the majority of heat I offered up in first draft got to stay.

@@SpitfireStoryboards From the animatics you have shown in the past, you are quiet gifted when it come to setting up dynamic or accentuating dramatic viewpoints. It's a skill many of us lack.
