Good Review Asin bro and I can understand how polishing when you speak about mileage. Also just compare a petrol Innova and fortuner, petrol Innova vibration are in heavier side compare to diesel. Should never go for petrol Innova rather we can consider fiat diesel in Tata Safari.

The real performance of the petrol engine will be with fully loaded innova + ghat sessions.. Where diesel produces lot more torque which will help in such cases.. not sure how the petrol will perform in those cases..

According to me i can say comfort would be much better when compared to diesel engine. Everyone knows that petrol engine is much refined. Most of the companies are discontinuing their diesel version and promoting petrol engine cars. Yellarukum therium ev cars are the future pollution control panna central govt is discouraging to stop diesel car production. I know it's hard to accept it but there is no way. The only factor which disappoints is the mileage 🥲. We don't have idea abt petrol crysta poga poga tha therium . Hope Petrol crysta will get a good name in market ☺

That Indian mindset of diesel for big cars was due to fuel efficiency and lack of options prior to 2000's. In the middle east we csn see all cars with only petrol engines. Fortuner, Duster etc. But in India the samw vehicles won't sell in petrol variants due to our taxation structure

I really wonder why still people prefer Innova like products with low mileage when fuel costs are higher. What is the big idea to promote petrol leaving behind diesel. Better to buy used first gen innova. A no nonsense vehicle. Drives well than crysta and cheaper to maintain as well. KD series engines are japan imported so lasts long. GD series engines for crysta is locally assembled.
