Without the necessary support and access to clinics, pregnant women and new mothers in
far-flung areas battle to receive information that may be the difference between stunting or normal growth, even life or death.
Now, an innovative program is linking pregnant women with information through mobile technology.
And as NTV'S Rose Wangui reported the SMS based platform allows women to receive timely guidance to improve the health of the mother and child during and after pregnancy.
