Innsbruck one of the most difficult airports to land, amazing how they do it all time, all year round, especially in winter conditions its very challenging !
I think you can fly it by night but not under bad weather conditions. But in the end its a visual approach without any guidance like an ILS or LOC. For example: the church in Axams is the point where you have to start your last turn to final approach (see 12:20)
