When bonding molecular orbital band is complete and energy difference is tooo small than why electron will move or jump from BMO to ABMO ??

This is because of extra energy given to them by photons

Na2 main 2 electron sirf bonding main gy hain Antibonding empty hy but in case of Mg2 2 electron filled in Bonding and 2 electron in Antibonding How? Agr mg2 main antibonding fill ho skta hy to Na2 ku nii??

According to electrons filling rules Lower energy orbital is filled first Na has no more electrons to fill ABMOs
