@rustyshackleford8226 Doesn't matter if it's white gold or yellow gold or 10 or 14 or even 18 for crying out loud. If it's just a metal on metal it looks way better...
@@JBBURG666a good 5m iced tennis chain (real diamond) beats this chain. But i do agree with u on regular cubans being better than iced out to an extent.
I'm a big dude so a 24 inch even looks like a choker and I always wanted a big rope chain even though my dad was a jeweler for decades. Like most kids I didn't want anything to do with his talent but now I know I need a 30" 22k rope at about 8mm instead of a big rapper chain 😅
Damn I’m still curious how buffing it could pull off 8-10 grams! Hearing that makes me not want to use my polishing cloth on my chains. I know it’s not as extreme but if I lose 1 grams on a 50 gram chain after a couple polishes, that could be noticeable. How much would I really need to use my polishing cloth to wipe off 1g on a 50g chain, 14k RG though?
@JayjaymorealerI don't know why almost all of them won't tell there price. It's good for there business too as people would like to purchase if it's within there price range.
Literally every single piece of jewelry in the world is made using heavy tools and machinery . You can’t bend it with your hands or hold It when it’s 500-800 degrees Fahrenheit 🤦🏻♂️
Reason is because the more gold you have past 20k it makes the chain easier to be destroyed that's why you see most jewelers make 18k which is more desirable
@@Vito-eu4op how do you buy chains in Thailand when you’re an American citizen I’m asking for myself because I’m tired of paying these prices. Is there a way I can get better prices on gold chains?
@mrgrump2534 being an American Citizen means nothing when buying gold in or from Thailand. I travel there sometimes, have emails and phones of different shops, there are even thai jewlers in America. But your best bet is to just go there and buy because you can barter more and the mark up on labor is way way way lower
They have to collect the dust from the filing, that’s hundreds of dollars per chain… shit per side depending on which size and karat of chain we are talking about!
Only buy 22k to sell for a bunch when you need it always buy gold and when you need money check a couple jewelry stores in person for the best price! Easy 300+!
Hey, I'm just wondering about filing vs. rolling a chain im having a go at making one myself and thinking is it worth rolling or is only filing the way to go?
Have you got instagram or email? U have a chain and i cannot find another link like it to know what link it is....everywhere i try, try to buy, i just wantvthe name, scrap alone its heavy, but worth more to me then any numbers on a screen or paper......plz help....i cannot even explain as i cannot find even simular.....not knowing what to search for, im sure is my ummm down fall! Only know what we know...i wish to learn! Gajus handman ship! Jealous at your perfect gift in your work! Love from UK all ❤❤❤❤
@edgarquintana9393 it's like it was new, shiny, untouched and unaffected by sweat, or anything... there are extremely fine scratches that are essentially noticeable cause they're so small and fine. The main thing is that people who know recognize it immediately as the real deal....that's Asian folks. Most negative commentary is from white folks who say your gold is so yellow. They're probably used to 14k gold as a standard.
Traditionally, people use 14K10K for durability, but if you want more gold in your product and more gold color than you can go with a 22-... 24 is a little bit over the limit because it is very soft and. Obviously heavier and can scratch easier. But there's more gold color than 10 14k .....🔥 chain hawt damn
@@floridaboybrandon954 But obviously not pure gold And after being tempered. Or softened with fire. It changes color so he may have been confused as if it was going to be a dip chain coded or whatever ..
