I have an 80 series with 37s and reduction gears. It is awesome. I don't think you can get 37s engineered. It is a bit of a worry when you see the authorities driving around.
Reduction gears for the transfer case..im guessing those changed the final drive ratio as well as low range.. do they make those for the VF4AM? Anyone know?
What's the go as far as it goes in 2wd did you do the diff gears as wel or just sending itl? just under the impression that reduction gears only effect 4low is all
@@SamYoung4x4 i had the 37in treps on daily. Monday through to sunday. You will get tired of it soon. Specially the flat spots in the mornings. But for on road change your diff gears. I got 5.29s with the reductions and they are awsome for crawling. Mines a 1fzfe turbo. Sits on about 2800 in 5th without the 5th gear mod. Hit us up if you want to do some extreme stuff local.
How much wear on front end components does going from 35s to 37s? I'm considering going up a size. Sam, Shauno, Graham, Patriot, Andrew St Pierre White, you Aussies are in a fucking arms race!
@@easytiger260Are 37" tires road legal over there? We can run any tire DOT approved here, we actually have a 59" tire from Mickey thompson that is street legal! Sorry for the questions.
