Brooklyn is the cutest! I have for sure made up mind to put Croatia officially on the list. Thanks for sharing, it makes a difference having a view and tips from real people. (:
It HAS to be on your list! The people are amazing and there is something so special and magical about the Adriatic Sea. I don’t even think we hit the tip of the ice burg with how much Croatia has to offer.
Thank you! And thank you for following our channel. I think we'll get there with our subscribers eventually. For now, we're going to continue to travel and be grateful for viewers like you :)
Stunning 🤩 villa and I loooooovvveeee Croatia 🇭🇷 so much!!!! I hope you have more such great videos from Croatia! Are you going Back to Croatia 🇭🇷 to visit other places😜😀will you be there this year again?
Paul, thanks for the comment! We loved Croatia and know there’s so much more to explore. We just released a new episode from Split. I hope you check it out. We would love to return to Croatia and visit other areas as soon as we have the opportunity. We only plan our travels a month or two in advance, so who knows where the wind will blow us this year :)
Honestly, have you ever seen more beautiful water? It's like all the colors of the Caribbean without the risk of hurricanes. Oh, we're headed to the Caribbean in 2 days :)
Wow what a stunning house and gorgeous view with clean water, and lots of sunshine... and saunas are a fav of mine. Worthy a mention is how picturesque the town looks too, and clean... with casual rustic dining options... just perfect.
We really had no idea what to expect... Unless you've visited Croatia, it can be difficult to classify in your head, you know? It's Europe, but the language and some of the culture feel more connected to Russia. But it was indeed very clean, very beautiful, and the people are incredibly nice. Hope you're having a good weekend!
@@AlwaysBeChanging Russians and Croatians are both Slavs, but that is where the similarity ends. Croatia varies a lot, depending on what region you are visiting. Slavonia, the far eastern part, has a many things common with Hungary, cuisine for example. Central parts, Zagreb and surrounding area have much in common with Austria which is not surprising as that part, and others were part of Austro-Hungarian Empire for years. The coast, Istria and Dalmatia certainly have an Italian flavour due to the proximity to Italy, and because parts of it were controlled by Italy going all the way back to the Roman times. The Ottoman Empire has also had a huge impact not just on Croatia, but also on neighbouring Bosnia and Herzegovina. Those are generalisations naturally. It would take some serious study of Croatia or living there for years to know more about the country and its people. It's a fascinating place, no doubt.
What a great place to live! What town/area would you buy in if you could buy a place today? We barely scratched the surface and need to go back to see other places.
Better hurry. prices are stupid high already. You can actually buy a very nice house in South of France for less than in many coastal parts of Croatia.
We booked through our Inspirato membership and pay $2500/mo to stay in homes like this pretty much as often as we want or are able to travel. You can learn more at FOLLOWABC.com/pass
@@AlwaysBeChanging Come back! I would suggest coming either June or September if you want to swim and have sunny days because it won't be as packed with tourists as it is in July and August. May and October can be very nice, too but the sea is usually not that warm yet or anymore (although there have been years where people swim until early November even). My family is from Primosten and we have house in the old town that my grandfather built. I've been visiting each summer since I was born and I can only say that my childhood summers there were absolutely magical. I still adore it of course; there is a certain atmosphere about this place. How did you end up in Primosten anyway? Do you have ancestry from Croatia ?
@@kani9284 We felt like it was a magical place too. Neither of us have ancestry in Croatia. We were able to visit because the home we stayed in is in our destination clubs portfolio. The home we stayed in was stunning!
@@AlwaysBeChanging Is it Golden Ray Villas? I know where they are. We love taking a stroll along the lungo mare (Croatian for coastal path) to that part of Primosten where you stayed.
