In spain we usually have refs that always explain repeated times that airsoft is a game, and that everyone will be shot and feel pain, anywhere and everywhere. Also rules about cheaters are very clear always, altho sometimes there are exceptions like rentals that forget about the rules. Otherwise, in Spain it is great to play.

A team is built of diff squads. The entire team isn’t on the same channel. Most of the time. So your idea is good, but normally for an event the teams don’t work that way unfortunately
