Im 22 years old guy and gave up on dating before even starting it. It is just so frustrating. I never had sex before, never dated before, never approached girls, simply because i don't really know what to say to them and I always think that they will reject me, because im not attractive enough in my thoughts, simply, because women never acted interested in me, or so I think. Maybe everything is inside my head idk. Im a fourth year university studying digital marketing, i dont know if i will work this in the future, lately im more interested in the IT sphere and im thinking about joining in courses for QA. Im currently working average pay jobs. Im more introverted kind of a person. I workout, keep myself in a decent shape. What advice can you give me as a more experienced man?

Women can sleep up, now because of social media. They confuse that with them thinking they can marry to that level. So you end up with a bunch of women chasing the same men, not realizing they just got used for sex.

Do it for yourself and soon you will run into someone there that you like. But your game has to be on point for the in-person sale to be successful. Women have hundreds of guys messaging them a day; it's impossible for them to keep up with all of it. Some newcomers will spend the time trying to talk to most but they'll soon learn it's too much work and just pick the hottest guys. Then they'll get steamrolled for a few years before they wake up and realize these guys are just out there for easy sex since they're also the high demand men getting a hundred messages a day. I know what it's like to be one of those guys or most women because I've been dating in SE Asia for 15 years. When you get hundreds of messages a day, it really is impossible to keep up with them so you become selective. And when every girl on Tinder likes you, you find yourself liking only the best ones just to avoid having to deal with too many conversations. But I'm a step ahead on this too: i am not only selective with looks but I'm watching out for the personality when the communicating begins. Most of the comments you're getting are the same old cliché advice of hitting the gym. This is probably not the efficient way to approach this issue. What most people don't realize is that this situation is societal/environmental issue, not an individual issue. Not everyone is in a spot to afford the time and money to hit the gym or play the numbers game, so it won't have a good ROI. The best advice that will see the most significant results is to relocate, because location makes a huge difference in how you're perceived by the opposite gender. Save some cash and travel outside America. You'll see there was nothing wrong with you as a person. You'll see the statement "there are people who will love you for who you are" more true outside than in America. Men in other countries don't have the expectation to be gym bros and look like models to have a family.

One thing that I have thought of and heard from others too, go where the girls at... you are working loads, so you're not lazy! Go and try cooking, art etc. classes... go and do volunteering. And yes, try to keep your facial hair/hair in order, wear fitting cloths, smell nice, here and there do some exercises and eat healthy, while you attend the previously mentioned activities. Working a lot will not make you available. Good luck!!!
