you wanna know how to line it up perfectly on the lasered piece? Put down a sacrificial sheet of painted aluminum and draw just the outline of the piece on it first and line up the piece perfectly.
Is that a bitmap image and if so, how on earth did you do this? Trying to convert images in AI and cannot for the life of me get this level of detail. Bravo.
Not going to lie I found this image on a Facebook laser engraving group. I believe it was AI generated but it couldve been done by other means. The graphic was super clear and sharp so that really helped.

No way i would use that thing without an enclosure. Even if you use safety goggles, someone else coming into the room might not. or pets. Lasers dont give your eyes a second chance.
