Come on guys !! Chris is unique Mr Akrigg is very local to us in STEETON ,west yorkshire ! If this was Danny macaskill we would be on 10,000 views in 30/40 mins Chris is on 400/500 views ! What he's doing in this vid on an ebike is unique !!! A Danny & Chris video would be wicked in this our local wood ! 👌

I don't think he's underrated by those who know about him just for whatever reason he's never exploded on social media like Danny and others so not enough people even know of him. I can only think it's how he likes it, just enough to live well and be able to ride and do the things he wants. This way he's got a lot more freedom than Danny and Co and can totally control what he has to do.

@@georgenaudi9042 basically every person I've ever seen comment on him or talk about him has been saying how stupidly talented he is. Especially anyone who knows about the sport. I know it might be hard but try asking any other rider in the industry they all know exactly how hard the stuff he does is and how good he is. I can only think that he's not that interested in being better known as I'd be amazed if RedBull and Monster haven't tried to sponsor him. Being sponsored by either would get him more known in days and make him more wealthy so I can only think he's happy as he is. Making enough, showing his skills to those who want to see them and living life exactly how he wants to without the hassle of having to perform for a big sponsor.

@@itarry4 He's underrated in the industry without a doubt as well as from The Fanboys. Personally I think he's the best push bike trials Rider. Every bit as good or better than MacAskill. Or any other top trials Rider.

He doesn't just ride it, he makes it look relatively easy while doing it. Until Steve tries some of it and we've seen Steve climb some fairly difficult stuff himself, it's hard to judge truly how hard the stuff Chris does is, due to the camera and his huge ridiculous talent.

Akrigg could be one of the most underrated off road bike riders in modern times. The guy is a trials wizard. And he can ride the wheels off of almost any bike

Just totally amazed. Chris is just on a different level and Steve is staying right there with him. The skills and fitness levels to do these moves is just off the charts. Truly shows upper level of emtb skills. This should be shared to all of the naysayers. This definitely isn't cheating.

iv been watching and following chris for years when he was riding for pace i went to see him live in the n.e.c he was unbelievable trials rider hands down the best freestyle rider even to todays standard

Yhea Chris made it all look so easy with the effect of the camera it fools your eye in to thinking its easier than it is... Until Steve tries it and can't get close to making it. Especially as you say because we've seen Steve do enough stuff himself and is no bad rider himself. I guess us mortals will have to be content watching as there's no way I'd ever get close to that talent.
