I think the game tgurned when Reynor failed to attack once his opponnent scanned and saw all the broodlords. There were non Thors or starports at that time. He let Gumiho transition
I think this game could legit be on iiiodis, it's actually impossible to win a late game as zerg against Terran on this map, gumihos control was extreamly poor, don't remember a single fight he did well yet won pretty easily
Gumihos win con was to get to 6 base vs 6 base so all he had to do is not lose the game so be didn't even need to win a fight. There was a window where reynor could have attacked with the broods but it was a small window and easy to see for us as observers, not so easy as a player
Nice game. I unfortnately cant stop myself from balance rant, and im playing Protoss. Imho Terran late game is ridiculous - sensor towers, unlimited scans and mules, meaning huge army, repositiong bases, planetaries, it all combines iimho into something that its hard to believe Zerg can ever win late game. And worst thing is it seems Terran good tactic is to just camp, not doing much, it increases its chances. I guess i need to rewatch some Serral games to see how he does it...
IMO Zerg late game is about having an army with Vipers, Infestors, and Anti Air.and requires better management than the other races. Also, mass corruptors are undervalued as anti building. They take down command centers and nexuses shockingly fast in high numbers.
Zerg late game is fine, the problem is the map, only 6 bases and no base the zerg can steal is a huge problem, and all the bases are almost impossible to attack into. This map is just unplayable for late game
Just camp? Gumiho was the aggressor the entire game from the early drops to the gigantic shove where he erased Reynor's entire tech tree. Reynor watched him walk into his main and destroy everything.
@@TheNerdForAllSeasons Im not saying i cant be wrong, but the way i rememberd the game, It was reynor who tried to attack all the time and Gumiho sometimes counterattacked, with adimtedly great skill. Also there was a longer period in late game where Gumiho seemed to just wait.
Great game, but a bit anticlimactic. This seems to happen a lot with broods; the terran reactors out a bunch of vikings and you lose 5K resources for free. Although the EMP's in that fight were huge to be fair.
Another pro game that demonstrates how easy it is for terran to camp and easily change comps, have permanent vision, always better eco than everybody else Jesus absolutely disgusting to lose just because you didn't play Terran
It wouldn't be an SC2 comments section without mediocre Zerg players crying because it isnt 2020 anymore and they stopped winning every tournament so clearly the game is imbalanced even AFTER Widow Mine *and* Ghost nerfs. And that's all before mentioning the notorious Reynor dickride brigade.
